Getting rid of fax machines!!!

We switched over to digital faxing after years of using our fax machine through a cable service. Not only is it faster, we can send multiple faxes in a queue, caller id helps identify senders, resending is in one click, setup was a breeze, and the service is extremely affordable.

Seamless

I rarely need to send a fax, but when I did, HumbleFax made the entire process incredibly simple. I’ve had the service for a few months and was worried it might take a while to log in and figure everything out, but I was able to access my account immediately and send my fax without any issues. The process was seamless, user-friendly, and my fax was delivered quickly. Very impressed with how easy and efficient everything was. Thank you!

Unlimited Faxing!!

While other online fax sites limit the amount of faxes you can send, Humblefax lets you send as many as you need to per month, this is a great help as I am currently working from home. Thanks Humblefax for making my life easier

Humble Fax has been extremely easy to use and consistently works with sending/receiving faxes. The price is extremely reasonable compared to other Fax apps. I have a small business and Humble Fax has been reliable. I would highly recommend them.

False and Misleading Practices

The Humble Fax website clearly states that they offer a plan for $10/month with no limit on the amount of pages being faxed. However, my account was suspended for exceeding the fax limit.

I represent clients before the IRS and State taxing agencies. This has placed my clients at risk of their accounts being levied because I am not able to get the documents to the revenue officers in time.

I asked them to restore my account as the plan that I signed up for clearly stated that there is no page limit and no fax limit. They stopped responding to my request after I sent them the email of the plan that I signed up for with the screenshot of their website stating that there is no limit on the fax amount.

They are making deceptive and untruthful claims about the services that they are providing. This is considered fraud and material misrepresentation. Something needs to be done to stop companies from these types of practices.

I was in a pinch and needed to fax some priority documents fast. I was given the website, quickly & easily registered my information & paid $10 (cancel any time) Within minutes from my own home I was able to fax! I also, received a confirmation on the site & in my email. My questions were answered within 24 hours. There are ways to send more than 10 pages at a time- just ask, they are very kind and helpful. I will be recommending this site. Thanks!

CPA Office Friendly

I love the modern and easy on the eyes online interface. I trialed a few other online fax services before choosing HumbleFax, and this was the best by far. The price is reasonable and worth the detailed confirmations and automatic emails that they provide.
