HumbleFax has one of the easiest and straightforward setup processes of any online service, let alone fax services. Faxes have been sent and received with zero issues, and HumbleFax is highly recommended for anyone that needs to have access to faxing, but lives in the 21st century.

Everything was easily setup and efficient immediately. I have had no issues both sending and receiving fax.

I have only been using Humblefax for a short amount of time but it has been easy to use with not issues.

It all started with an excellent onboarding experience, Signing up was easy, so much so that one could almost call it elegant in its simplicity. The information on how to utilize Humblefax simple and easy to understand. Even more so when actually sending a fax. Straightforward directions, confirmation of sent faxes, and retention. I dropped other fax services in favor of Humblefax! Highly recommend Humblefax!

I have used this fax service to send several important faxes, and overall, my experience has been very positive. Out of all the faxes I have sent, the vast majority were delivered successfully. There were only two that did not go through, and after reviewing the situation, I believe those failures were due to incorrect or inactive fax numbers rather than any issue with the service itself.

After every fax is sent, I receive a notification letting me know whether the fax was successfully delivered or if there was a problem. This gives me peace of mind because I do not have to wonder if my documents reached their destination. This is well priced as budget friendly. It was very user friendly as a first time user. I was able to easily drop the files that I needed to attach and send. The only thing semi-odd was having to fill-in my personal contact information at the very bottom. I would've designed it to capture this information upon creating account and auto-fill that information. It's still a great product/service that I'll use.

Humblefax works great! Left FaxBurner as they stopped making improvements. Very satisfied even if cost a few dollars more than faxburner.

Extremely easy to use! Very cost efficient for a business starting out! Love the fact they e-mail you when you receive faxes and you have the app which helps keep track.

I love that I am able to use on my desktop, laptop, phone and tablet. Uploading documents has been a breeze and have not had any failed transmissions yet.

The experience has been great so far. The dashboard has any easy to follow layout and is very intuitive to use. We a appreciate being able to send junk faxes directly to the trash folder without having to print any unwanted documents. We were also able to keep our original fax phone number which is very convenient, not to mention the cost savings!
