The beard kit seems to be really good quality and exactly as described, and I’ve enjoyed using them on an otherwise neglected area. Excellent customer service too.

Quality Product
The product is of excellent quality and value for money. So many things included in the box. My husband especially liked the lovely sandalwood comb.

The item was showing as delivered with a photo of the front door and GPS tagged meta data with the photo. The customer stated this was not his address. I requested the customer to report the parcel stolen but he has refused to do so. Unfortunately all of our negative reviews are down to Evri who deliver our parcels. We have used other delivery providers like Royal mail but parcels have either gone missing or due to postal strikes been severely delayed. We sell hundreds of items a month and on occasion sometimes we are let down by the parcel companies but we insure our parcels so if they go missing the customer and ourselves are covered.

I've ordered a humming beard kit at a huge discount. However I've still not received my item and have been waiting over a week and it's still delayed. Absolute disgrace to the third party courier who ship your products. I will never shop with you again.

Very disappointed with this review. I had informed the customer the item had been posted but due to postal strikes the parcel had been delayed. The customer was provided with tracking of the item and they could see it was with the courier company.
Very unfair to leave a negative review on this basis.
Late arrival
Arrived late with no explication. Although I received a heavy discount, which is very much appreciated I had given up hope of receiving the item. Blame game between company and the courier with a wait time being specified of seven days before I could escalate.

This review doesn't reflect the customer service of Hummingbeard. The parcel was collected by the courier, sorted at the courier hub and then went missing by the courier when out for delivery. All of this is tracked and beyond our control.
Smells great
Got a good deal on the kit. Got everything you need in it, stuff smells great. Can't complain at all

Super quick delivery
Super quick delivery! Very affordable products. I’ve purchased similar beard oils for my husband in the past but this one is super nourishing and leaves the beard feeling healthy and great! Definitely would recommend.
