Great idea, slow support.
I bought a hammock and it ripped in half after a week of use without getting close to the advertised weight limit. I wouldn't mind too much, things like that can happen with gear, and sometimes you just get a lemon.
They open sourced their designs so I just made myself a replacement with a more durable fabric.
I do mind that their Customer support took about 7 weeks to reply, but ultimately I got a refund.
