Charged me to cancel my subscription. Made it hard to cancel, had to go through an annoying chat feauture that took ages to reply. Also the hair gummys dont work. Scammy.

They didn't trick me into a subscription because the options said it right there, that it would be monthly service. However i don't like that i had to subscribe forcefully to even TRY the product. I got the one that helps you break down food and reduce bloat, (which i was having constantly). Unfortunately, it just didn't match with my acid reflux. It aggravated my symptoms of my acid reflux ALOT. I made an account and it didn't have an option to cancel only to postpone the next shipment (which i did twice i think). I had to search up on GOOGLE how to cancel. A number popped up on google and i called, and the lady gladly cancelled my subscription. No pressure or anything. Too much work tho, i just wanted to try it.

If I could give no stars I would. Do not buy from this company. You will get tricked into a membership and they will keep charging you for 3 months. Be vigilant when you order from them.

Don’t buy ANYTHING! As soon as you do, you’ll automatically be subscribed to monthly deliveries even though you never signed up for a subscription. They don’t inform you that once you purchase something, you’ve officially been welcomed to death row. I literally had to call my bank and have my bank block them from taking money as there is no cancellation option on the site. Scam! And I didn’t see ANY improvement at all with the 3 different products I tried BY FORCE!

Horrible customer service. Trapped me into a subscription and would not cancel my order or offer refund. Also, the ingredients in their products are not safe. Do not recommend at all.

Do not trust this company. They are sneaky with the subscriptions and will not allow you to just pay as needed. They enter you into a subscription without your permission, then when you want to cancel they make you pay money back for cancellation despite canceling before box is even shipped or the box is received.

Sorry seeing I’m not the only one but feel relieved knowing I’m not crazy! They do sneak a subscription on you, when you are led to believe during checkout that it is a one time purchase. I would never get a monthly subscription for a 90 day supply of one vitamin. Fraudulent company, I removed the rest of the products from my cart and just received an email saying they will be charging me for several products I REMOVED from my cart. No, they will not be charging me again. I will dispute this with American Express. Ridiculous, no transparency. And you can’t cancel on their website and the chat bots don’t help. And you can’t even unsubscribe from the marketing emails!

Fell for it :) Ordered some supplements at my doctors recommendation only to be signed up for a subscription without my knowledge. When I contacted HUM for help they charged me a $20 "cancellation fee" and ignored all further inquiries.

I ordered several items from their websites to try it out. Little did I know that I would receive the same order a month later. I was so surprised I couldn't believe it. It turns out if you buy anything on their website, they will automatically sign you up for monthly delivery. This is crazy! Once I tried to cancel they said they needed to charge me $20 extra. I paid and asked for my account to be deleted. I will never use this product again.

The way this company conducts its business is misleading and yeah pretty much in the realm of scamming people.

Nowhere does it say on their website that you have to have a subscription to order their products. So you go and place an order, thinking that it is a one purchase thing. They do not ask you or inform you about the “subscription” part. They just save your card details without your consent, they sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge (they don’t even email you about it), and then they start charging your card monthly and sending you products. Also the price goes up..

There is no easy way of cancelling this “subscription”, it is certainly not possible online and when I tried to talk to an agent they said that they will get back to me in a few days time, which still haven’t happened… Their business practices are shady to say the least. It’s sad because some of their products are actually good… I would have kept ordering from them if they weren’t this shady. I had no issues when I ordered HUM products from Amazon. I will use a different brand from now on because I don’t support a company with such shady business practices.

The 2 star is because some of their products are actually good, but their business practices are awful.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they sign you up for a subcription and you have to pay money to cancel. All without consent. The pills dont work. They scam you. They force you to buy 3 containers even if you only purchase one. Then the prices go up each month! They are trash weight loss pills. They do not work at all. They are trash. I just got scammed $120!!!

I would leave zero stars if I could.
I did not sign up for a subscription, however, I was signed up for one. I was told that if I cancel that they would charge me back about $25… which is odd because the website says you can cancel at any time.
But again, I did not sign up for a subscription.

Logged into my old account and that SOMEHOW reactivated my subscription per the customer service rep?!?! So now I have to "hopefully" receive this product even though it's going to an OLD address and return it on my time?? This is horrible business practice! I will never order from them again!

Ordered some supplements since there was a nice discount/sale going on. It wasn’t until after I placed the order to where I seen they automatically signed me up for a subscription. Was a little annoyed but whatever. So many great reviews, I’m sure I’d wanna buy more anyways, right? The following day I get an email saying my order has been paused & I need to verify my address. I click the provided link and it’s asking for my full billing and shipping address AND some credit card information. Immediately thought it was a scam. Because why am I giving you the exact same information I provided when ordering & setting up the account? Later , I spoke with someone on the online service chat & they assured me my account & order was fine & to ignore that email. Two days later I get another set of emails saying my order has been canceled since I didn’t verify my account/address but if I verify it within 24hrs , they’ll send out a new order (what??!!!) . I then tried signing into my account and POOF ! My account is blocked ???!!! I went BACK to the 24/7 service chat to see what was going on and they ended the chat immediately after I said my account has been blocked and idk why. What type of scam and nonsense do they have going on ?!!? I was so excited for the supplements but after seeing other REAL bad reviews, I’m at least glad they canceled and gave me my refund (which I’ll be checking my bank statement to make sure I get my money back)

They do not make it clear that you have to join a subscription when you make an order and use the discounts provided, and then charge you back what you could've saved if you contact them to cancel. Horrible people!

This review is not to say if the product is good or not, just know before ordering you are committing to buying at least for 3 months. You can not cancel or you will be charged .. would not recommend at all after use of products for a month I have nothing positive to say

SCAM ALERT: They are signing you up for unknown subscription. I never received an email I was enrolled- they just charged my card and sent the box at a higher rate. When asked where is this subscription disclaimer they sent me a link where it was buried in terms and conditions. Unethical and disappointing. You should not support this company for this reason alone. If this happens to you- you can return the box for a refund, but what a waste of valuable time.

Company is a money grab that steals your information, they signed me up for a subscription I didn't want with unclear terms of service, then cancelled my order. Stay away.

Very unclear that instead of buying the vitamins they are signing you up for a subscription that they will charge if you cancel. I found these same vitamins at target. I wish I could give 0 stars for this company.

I hate that they do not send an email out before shipping. I was out of the country and forgot to cancel my shipment as I was no longer using their supplements. I only knew about the order when it had already arrived at my door. I had to ship it back to cali from NY, the cheapest shipping option was $15!
