Appalling quality, non-existent customer service.
I bought a three piece outfit from this company's website and asked to return it for a full refund the day I received it as the quality was appalling. I received an email response straight away saying that I could accept a partial refund and keep the goods or I could still return it for a full refund if I wished and they would send me details of how to return the items. I replied asking for a full refund and to return the goods and expected details on how to do this to arrive promptly. That was on the 18 August. I have sent 6 further emails but have received nothing in reply to any of them. No details of how to return the item or any sight of a refund. The quality of this clothing was unbelievably poor and the customer service of the company non-existent.
