They say they have a 100 day return policy but this is not true. The small print in their T&C says they only offer vouchers for discounted items and all their items are discounted on the site. The product that I received clearly came from china and there was no way for me to return it to a German address. They eventually offered to refund 50% of the purchase price but I still feel scammed as the product is low-quality and they offered me no way to return it under reasonable conditions, which should be the case under EU consumer protection laws.

This site is selling low-quality cheap products that we can find in Temu and Aliexpress. They apply the unreasonable refund policy. For the full refund, customers have to send their orders back to China in their own costs. Never try to use this site.
