My review is the same as the others here, avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order for 2 shirts, never being told that 1 of the items was a preorder nor was this ever explicitly stated. I received one of the shirts after having to email asking where my order is after months. After additional back and forth for months on the other shirt, I’m talking for almost an entire year with excuse after excuse, this “company” changed its web store and stopped answering my emails. Total crooks to take someone’s money and not give the product you paid for. Just hope everyone reading these reviews heeds these warnings.

It’s unfortunate what has happened with Hundred Acre Hood. I was a customer for years and was constantly putting up with BS. If the product was a preorder, that was not communicated. You would wait and wait with no updates. If your item did finally ship, half the time it would never show as being brought to the post office. I’d have to chase him down and hope he would keep his word. I even called his local post office because I really thought he was scamming me. Emails were never answered. Some times through Instagram you would get a response. Meanwhile you see Chad traveling and you wonder.. wait who is shipping and taking care of business if he’s not? The final item I ordered for black friday never came. I got two items after that but still was waiting. I reached out a few times and got just a couple of responses and then total silence. I decided I had enough and called my credit card company to put in a dispute. I got my refund and I have no clue why Chad has disappeared. His website is shut down. I remember a post he made declaring things were going to be sped up and turn around time would improve. Well, that was a lie. He built this cool company and threw it all away. Just wish we knew why.

Made an order in October 2023, item still hadn't shipped 30 days later. I reached out via email and received an auto response of will reach back out in 3-5 days. A week passes and still no response via email so I sent another one, still no response. I noticed they were active on Instagram and sent a message there on December 13, no response. Sent another message on December 22, no response. Another message January 2 no response. Sent final message on January 8 about reaching out to my bank, finally a response they said they'd look in to it. I requested a refund. No response. Reached out to my bank on Jan 18 and got my money back. Just trying to warn everyone. DO NOT ORDER.

Ordered two items over a year ago. They never shipped. I have made dozens of attempts to contact them. They only sometimes respond on IG with a question that my original message already answers. Glad to see they can still post to their “story” every day, and release new product.

Total scammers! Ordered a couple of tees back in April via their site with PayPal and a bit later purchased a cap from their IG stories through Venmo and never received any of the items. No replies to emails sent through their site’s Help form and only got a response back on IG when I called them out in their comment section (which was instantly deleted) about not receiving my orders. Same response over and over that it was being looked into and then to it having been shipped after they conveniently changed their site URL making my order email tracking link non-existent. As mentioned in another comment the pics they post of others with their items are definitely family and friends only, helping them run their scam. You’ve been warned, DO NOT BUY FROM HUNDRED ACRE HOOD! If you do, do yourself a favor and DO NOT send any funds via Venmo. Thankfully, I was able to charge back the tee order with PayPal but out on the funds sent via Venmo.

Do not order from this guy unless you like giving money away for nothing. I ordered items nearly 4 months ago and he’s gone radio silent. My guess is all these “love my product” post he’s tagged in are friends he gives the stuff to. Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother.

Ordered a shirt on 05/20/2023. It was a ready to ship vintage tee, never received my item 🥲 this dude is a straight up thief.

Ordered a shirt on one of the companies vintage flash sales in their Instagram stories, sent Venmo, and never received the product despite multiple texts and messages saying they’d send it. Eventually the owner, Chad, just stopped replying completely. I was strung along for weeks! Very shady and unprofessional. BEWARE.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a few things months ago. Messaged them multiple times and got excuses in return with no product ever coming

Ordered a shirt in February. Hadn’t received a month later in March, tracking just showed order received but no movement. I emailed and DM’d on Instagram. Finally got a reply weeks after that, implying the shirt was actually a preorder. Now a month later, the shirt still hasn’t arrived, and the tracking link errors. Filed chargeback with PayPal. Avoid these grifters at all costs.

I purchased an order on 11/26/22. The shipping statement states that it would take “a few days, but please allow up to two weeks” with the direction to reach out after that. I first reached out on 12/16/22 asking for a shipping estimate and did not hear back. I emailed again on 12/23/22 and messaged them on Instagram on 12/29/22 when I still didn’t hear back. They DM’d on 1/4/23 to which I emailed again and didn’t hear back until 1/9/23 where they stated my order was on track to ship within the next 10 business days. I asked for rush shipping as these were originally ordered for a Christmas gift for an upcoming trip and the trip was the next week. They did not respond and I received a shipment email on 1/17/23 but on 1/29/23 the order was still not processed or shipped. I reached out for a refund that day and did not hear back. Since then, I have emailed on 2/3/23 after I received an email stating my order had been delivered (it was not) and again on 2/13/23 asking for an update on my refund. I'm now reporting them to the BBB and disputing with my bank. My emails have gone unanswered for months and the lack of communication & disregard for their shipping time is extremely frustrating!

Ordered a shirt on 11/27. Stated it would take 3-5 weeks for delivery as products are made to order. Ok great. 8 weeks later I finally get a shipping notification, only to check it wondering where my package is everyday for 2 weeks and it still was never shipped only “label created”. I emailed the company twice, waited 5 business days between emails as the automatic reply states to allow 3-5 days for a response and got zero response. I disputed the charge via PayPal since that’s how I paid for the item. I got my money back immediately thankfully, but this is annoying and it appears I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience with this company. Will not be ordering from again

I made a purchase in October. It is now the end of December and it was never received. At first they would answer my messages with promise of sending a tracking label and now they just don’t answer. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS “COMPANY” the owner is off galavanting up and down the east coast and flaunting it on Instagram with our stolen money.

So. I ordered on August 12, 2022. I read the shipping terms and times they listed, with that I assumed it would arrive for halloween. Plenty of time.

WRONG.

I emailed them once every couple weeks. NOTHING. No response, no updates. All the while, on instagram stories continued of the team at the parks, enjoying their time, also stories of new merchandise being created and sold. Other accounts getting shirts almost immediately it seems. I guess if you ain't a hot chick, you don't get your stuff to post on socials.

I am now sitting here on November 17, 2022. I got an alert that a shipping label was created. (that was October 22, 2022).

I guess in the end, I got my money back from disputing with my credit card. If it arrives, I will send back or Venmo them money. But yeah, don't buy from this small business. They don't have the logistics to help, ship, sell, and it makes me sad cause they have some cute stuff.

Only not giving them one star because I’m still hopeful. Much like many of the other low views, I’ve been waiting a month for my order and have reached out to customer service twice with 0 response. It says that items can take 2-3 weeks to ship. I waited three weeks. Reached out. They auto reply that they need 3-5 business days to respond to emails because they are a small business (the email is a gmail account). I reached out five business days later. To that follow up I got the same auto response. So here we are. A little over a month without a response or my item.

Ordered a shirt on March 6, 2022. Here we are on June 1st, and I’ve gotten no shirt, no refund, and a lot of run around. I was told twice “it’ll be out within the week”, but that was back in April and again in early May. I’ve sent countless emails and even complained via the Better Business Bureau. They never responded to the BBB claim. Horrible trash company.

It's been over a year (it'll be 2 years in November to be exact & still have not received my items. Might be the worst customer service of all time.

Placed an order. Two months went by with no update or shipping. Tried emailing them multiple times over the next month with no response. If these guys spent half as much time taking care of orders as they do posing for pictures at Disney World, they wouldn't be so bad. But they are clearly focused on being influencers while stealing people's money.

Placed an order for 5 items back in June. I have sent multiple emails and messages on social media to try to find out the status of the order, with NO response at all. I understand if things are delayed due to the pandemic, but when you are promising 2-4 weeks and have ZERO communication after 10+ weeks, something is wrong. Had to dispute the charge with my card company. Wish I read reviews before I ordered, seems like a common pattern w this company.

This is actually the first time I’ve ever written a review for a company and it really bums me out that it has to be this one. I absolutely adored and admired the stuff this small business was selling and had been following their Instagram for a few years. The dude that runs it seemed like a really awesome person and he and I are even mutuals on Instagram where I post primarily disney photos and style my own themed outfits for the parks. I even PROMOTED his brand all over Twitter and to my friends during the BLM protests because I wanted them to have new and meaningful Disney merch whilst their proceeds went to a good campaign. I made an order in November of 2020, and after making the purchase and receiving the confirmation number, I was thrilled to receive my product. Months rolled by and I awaited the shipped memo, but it never came. The announcement of Disneyland reopening came and I was hoping to wear my new sweater once I was able to go back, so I emailed customer service and never heard back. I then resorted to a dm on Instagram, which Chad is always active on —— still no response. Ended up opening a claim on PayPal and had to wait for him to respond to them. When he never did, PayPal decided to take the matters into their own hands and give me back my money. I really hope that after promoting his merchandise, none of my friends or mutuals purchased from him just to have their money taken with no received products. Very saddened to see so many others experiencing the same issues. If you can’t fill orders, you should take a pause and get it done. And if you’re currently filling new orders just because they’re more exclusive and yet neglecting the orders from customers who have already paid months prior, you shouldn’t even be running a clothing brand to begin with.
