Have used Hungrrr to develop our Website and App for our pizza takeaway since April 2021

Although the website itself is quite basic, It works extremely well along with the app and we have been fortunate that any minor problems we have had have been dealt with quickly. We have also made suggestions of things they could improve and they have taken these on board and made these improvements.

Overall we have found Hungrrr to be a good service and very good value for money

I wouldnt hesitate to recommend hungrrr.

They have built my website and app to a very high standard, answered any questions extremely quickly, changed anything I wanted changing, they have done far more than I could ever have hoped for.

It's very affordable, they are extremely professional, kind and helpful. I genuinely can not find a single fault with this company.

Really pleased with the service that Hungrrr provided to our fast food business. It has been a very cost effective solution that has helped our bottom line. Most importantly, the team are very easy to speak with and they have a decent level of delegated authority to solve a problem when and if needed - unlike so many experiences in which one phones an organisation and eventually gets through to a person who does not have the privileges to actually help or solve ! Really shocking experience. As mentioned in some of the other comments, we waited months for a website and then got something that looked like it was made in Adobe Dreamweaver in the 1990s for an ice cream company. We ended up never using the website, but using the app for a while. The app was OK but nothing groundbreaking, we use Square POS which gives us the same ordering capability for free.

Requested a cancellation of my account about 3 months ago and have chased numerous times. Been billed every month since for a product I'm not using. Stay clear.

Probably my worst experience with a company ...ever. 4months later still no live site to use. Basic things were missed and terrible communication.

One of our clients recently signed up with hungrrr - fast and efficient turn around and the client is very happy with the system produced.

Super reliable and always going to go the extra mile to deliver to any brief, however difficult. A critical partner for our business and one I cannot more highly recommend!

Despite there was a delay earlier in the year due to the pandemic which is understandable.

I have to say credit where credit is due, Hungrrr team took feedback onboard regarding communication.

We have a bar in Aberdeen and the covid restrictions have really effected our business. We decided to start offering a takeaway and delivery service and after seeing the Brewdog app we decided to sign up with Hungrrr.

It took just under a week to get our website live and taking orders and the apps launched 1 week after, to say i'm happy with the service is an understatement. Our customers have really supported us and our takeaways orders are much higher than we'd expected.

I have worked with many online ordering providers and many promise the Earth but struggle to provide the basics, along with a generally poor design once live.

Hungrrr have been professional from the outset, with excellent service from their production team combined with an excellent looking and functionally rich site provision.

I have been dealing with Hungrrr for almost three months and am still waiting to launch our online ordering platform.
They constantly miss deadlines, ignore emails and never respond to calls. I can't comment on how their software performs because I am still waiting to try it out after almost 3 months.
Avoid at all costs - the low price is not worth the wasted time and endless frustration.

Don't do it.

Signed up in May and still waiting.

Constantly fail to deliver on deadlines.

We're not going to be able to re-open as planned due to constant lies and false promises from Hungrrr.

Avoid.
