Zero support.
Once more a typical big name with extremely poor customer service. As a customer in coronatimes, you would expect a bit of respect when your purchases help keeping consumer goods companies like these afloat. But, no. We purchased for 100 euros in December. The 'Passion Points' were not added to the account, so we mailed, and mailed, and mailed, went even to one of the shops. Nobody can/wants to help. Once more, a reminder for online shops: you can't sell goods if you can't manage the after-support. Then just, by all means, stop it. I will adapt this review after someone FINALLY answers my mails.
