The customer service at this place is…
The customer service at this place is probably the worst I have ever seen. I was the only customer with 5 staff that I could see and still had to wait at the counter for ages until I actually spoke up and asked if they wanted to make a sale. Once someone came out they made all sorts of excuses about being short staffed, which was totally obvious considering I was the only customer at the time and with them only 5 staff there. Of course I was a smart butt because it was ludicrous, and then when the Manager/Owner came out and also started to make excuses I gave it to him for his poor customer service and as a result he told his staff member to put my purchase back and threw me out of the store. I then told him he could go eff himself and then wrote a review on Google. He then dug a deeper hole for himself by claiming that all 5 staff were on the phone at the time. First time I've ever heard of Maccas being referred to as a phone as I stood there and watched one of the female staff chowing down for the whole time I was in the store. The guy that tried to serve me smelled of cigarette smoke, so he obviously had time to head outside for one of those. And yep, the Manager was definitely on the phone while I was there because I could hear him clearly chatting away, but certainly couldn't hear anyone else talking at all, whether on the phone or with anyone else either. Disgraceful behaviour and probably the most unprofessional service I've ever been exposed to. Next time you're in there, say G'day to Richard Cranium for me.
