I have now completed all the CertIDR modules and they were fantastic!
Ive done one training with Gregory before, which i think was fantastic, now Kabir and Rekha showed the same level of knowledge and engagement!

I have completed the programme, I thoroughly enjoyed it! I learnt A LOT of new things, will definitely be recommending this to my fellow law students. Also I would just like to say a massive thank you, for offering this programme to Edge Hill University students, hopefully more EHU students also completed the programme.

The course content was well explained and interesting. The service provided was outstanding and would recommend it to anyone studying law, mediation or is even remotely interested in the topic. Thanks to Rekha, Kabir and Gregory for an amazing service!

Waste of time, take the matter to small claims. Hunt ADR claim they find 70% in favour of the consumer. In our case they said our case succeeded but they didn't order a refund of our money. How can you succeed but not be repaid ? They did however order a small amount of compensation because the supplier had not explained the contract situation correctly and their website was unclear. They also ordered the supplier to repay our £108 fee for filing with Hunt ADR. Hunt ADR are not following the guidelines set out by the Competition and Markets Authority. When Hunt ADR quote 70% of consumer wins it is not clear if that means a consumer receives a full refund. Hunt ADR appear to be there for ABTA members and not the consumer. Most of the reviews on this site appear to be for training courses, not abitration. Stay away and use the courts.

Per your response, surprised you are not aware of CMA guidelines, I did mentioned them in the evidence I provided. However, for the avoidance of doubt, see below

" In particular, for most consumer contracts, the CMA would expect a consumer to be offered a full refund where:

. a business has cancelled a contract without providing any of the promised goods or services
. no goods or services are provided by a business because this is prevented by the lockdown laws
. a consumer is prevented from receiving any goods or services, because, for example, lockdown laws in the UK or abroad have made it illegal to receive or use the goods or services

It goes on. All on the CMA website, please have a look and advise why you chose not to order a refund. Noted re your % of reviews. But most of your recent reviews appear to be for training service and not ABTA consumers ?

I have posted a previous comment for which Hunt have kindly responded stating that with arbitration there will always be winners and losers, and as a loser I am unlikely to be happy, which is true. Furthermore 70% of cases are decided in favour in the customer which they have quoted previously and proves they are independent, I am not in a position to dispute this data but thank them for the information. It is fair to say that Hunt ADR have been helpful in submitting my claim and did provide a comprehensive explanation to support their decision, which i understand albeit I did not fully agree.The reason for my post, as there are few forums available, is to call out my views on the end to end process, rather than Hunt ADR I.e. the process which includes ABTA is weighted in favour of the travel industry, as are the travel regulations which are vague and open to interpretation, again allowing the travel industry to hide behind rather than doing the right thing for the consumer.

In completing the certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution I found that the course was amazingly taught with great content. I feel I have learned valuable skills that can be transferred for many career paths I may choose.

I completed the ADR Certificate offered, and thoroughly enjoyed the course! The sessions were detailed and extremely informative. I also really liked that it could be completed in your own time, rather than having to attend sessions are specific times etc. I would definitely recommend HuntADR to anyone who is looking to upskill or learn more about ADR.

I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone, It was really insightful and with the host and guest speakers very knowledgeable in their fields it made the course better, It's a great value for money and very well presented. Gregg makes you fell comfortable and at ease in the first few days and continues to boost your confidence throughout. You get a huge range of past cases for your role play which is great training for real life situations, With mediation being a growing and in the spotlight industry this course is defiantly the one to choose to boost your professional profile.

I had such a fantastic few days on the mediation training course that was run by Gregg! It was very informative and Gregg is an excellent teacher, I was a little out of comfort zone but Gregg massively put me at ease. If anyone is interested in Mediation I highly recommend the courses run by Gregg!

I recently carried out an online mediation training course in mediation with Gregg Hunt of Hunt ADR. It was hard work but I was very impressed with the course, the material and Gregg's knowledge and experience. Furthermore, the price for the course was really competitive. I have looked around for years to find a suitable course at the right price and Hunt ADR was definitely the right choice.

I have enrolled in Mediation Skills Course and it was a great experience. One week full of learning, but also acquiring skills.
Great teachers but also amazing classmates from different backgrounds.

I have recently enrolled in this course, as during the lockdown period I wanted to find a productive use of time. I came across the Hunt ADR Course through LinkedIn when one of my lecturers shared it with me. I enquired and received a response almost straight away, giving lots of helpful information and I decided to take part.

You are given 4 weeks to complete the course from the date you say you want to access it, so it is very flexible and allows you to find the time to complete! I was working a lot so I completed it during August when I had time off work and it was great.

The videos each went into detail about the different elements, such as case law and the paperwork involved. You then complete an essay at the end, which is really good as it gets you thinking about what you have learned and putting it into your own words, helping you understand even more.

It was a great course and I can’t wait to look into ADR even more when I study it in my final year at university this term!

I enrolled in this course as I was interested in learning about alternative legal careers beyond solicitor/barrister. I was not disappointed by the wealth of information Gregg was able to provide through this course. The videos were easy to digest and covered more formal and informal aspects of the mediation process as well as covering a little case law behind it. Gregg imparted interesting personal insight into the role of mediator, and (as well as the theory) I particularly enjoyed the importance placed on communication, active listening, and empathy. Even if you don't pursue a career in ADR, this course provides some important concepts that can translate to any job. A very valuable course, and hopefully, just as the judicial system begins to modernise and place greater regard for alternative forms of dispute resolution.

I recently completed the online course in Alternative Dispute Resolution with Hunt ADR.
As well as helping me academically, it has also provided me with much practical information that I will be able to use in my daily life. Clear and digestible videos which are still highly detailed. There is also a guest speaker, which gives some variety.
I think a course like this is a necessity to anyone, regardless of academic background.

I did the ADR assignment hosted by HuntADR, and it was amazing. The course has got In depth videos of the necessary information and at the end, you have to pick a question to answer. It was an amazing experience, and it really broadened my horizons about ADR, something previously I didn’t know about. It’s not only great for people whom are doing law, but for anyone, as it’s a good life skill to have. The communication was quick, but there is a £65 fee if that’s a bother to anyone. All in all, a great course, highly recommend

I recently completed the Hunt ADR Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution online course for students. The course was outstanding, I was provided with videos separated by subject to watch at my own pace. Having had no previous experience with mediation I knew very little, but since completing the course I now feel confident I have well rounded knowledge of the mediation process and ADR. The videos were clear, to the point and hugely informative. Gregg presented the videos amazingly well and they were engaging and focused. I was required to complete an essay at the end of the course videos and I was provided with a choice of questions, I found this task a great addition to the course because it encouraged me to carry out independent research and further my knowledge. I would recommend this course 100 times over.

The certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution is an interesting course offering a great insight into the various types of dispute resolution. The video modules are informative and engaging, and Gregg uses his extensive first-hand experience to explain the methods of dispute resolution, particularly mediation. This course has undoubtedly improved my knowledge of dispute resolution and their respective benefits.
