We have had the same ceiling fan for years but it broke down after lightning strike. We just wanted to same fan again and found it on the Hunter Fan Germany web site. Ordering and delivery were easy and fast.
Unfortunately, the article that arrived was not functioning. First I tried the communications form on their site, but didn't receive a reaction. So I called the customer service line.
Very friendly, understanding and cooperative.
The same day I received an e-mail with tracking number of the replacement ceiling fan and a return label.
The fan is happily turning in winter mode to distribute the warmth of the wood burner in the livingroom.

It was very frustrating that one of the fans I ordered did not work adequately (noisy, irritating motor sounds). After some correspondence, the seller agreed to send me out a replacement motor free of charge which was appreciated. Issue resolved.
While it was disappointing for this to overall be necessary as refitting a ceiling fan is not a 5 minute job, I can’t fault the support and solution offered. Thank you.
