Always a great experience shopping at…
Always a great experience shopping at Hunter Paper Co. They have great quality products. I love Japanese design and particulary love Hunter Paper's Japanese journals as the paper is so beautiful for writing on. Service is always good but, apart from indulging my stationery addiction 😄, the owners, Emma and Ross, always give things their personal touch such as little thank you notes and love hearts which makes them extra special. It's that feeling of relationship which, for me, sets them apart and I really love doing my little bit as a customer to help support such a lovely couple following their dream and contributing something of value and beauty to the world. The world certainly needs it!

Pilot Prera
I ordered from you as all other sites only had the Pilot Prera in Demonstrator models, you had solid colours, you are also several pounds cheaper which is always a bonus.
Communications were great, pen was well packaged and posted quickly. I was let down slightly by Royal Mail, but that's beyond Hunters control.
The pen writes very well and will be my new work pen.

A great Company to deal with.
I am so impressed with the great service I received from this Company. I was unable to get the item in question direct from the manufacturer and after a web search I discovered The Hunter Paper Company stocked the very thing I was looking for. I received an email thanking me for my purchase, which was subsequently dispatched very quickly (unfortunately Royal Mail let the side down by failing to deliver on the designated day). The item I ordered was carefully wrapped in tissue and Emma and Ross had enclosed a hand written note and a small packet of sweets. Such considerate attention to detail and great customer service.

Love this store.
I mean, they may have some issues with item availability. I understand it’s a small store, but the customer service is impeccable and the prices are competitive, even compared with AliExpress. When it comes to Japanese stationery, this is definitely the place to do your business.
