Can I give this company a 0? The camera is useless and when I returned it I’m still waiting to get my refund. I think I’ll have to make a claim through my bank ☹️

Stay clear of this seller. Product is very poor and customer service is even worst. I purchased a camera from them with out knowing it would be shipped from China and not their EU location. So did not get it as quickly as hoped. This is partly my fault as I did not check delivery timescales.
When I did receive the camera, it felt poor quality for the price (£99.90). I set it up as per the instruction that are very poor and tested it out. The PIR sensor did not seem to work very well. Walking in front of the camera and nothing recorded. Intermittently worked. Connecting the camera to your phone using the APP is pretty rubbish. For some reason you must connect the Bluetooth and the wifi to get it to work, this includes disconnecting your phone form your own wifi. The connection is very poor and sometimes work and sometimes does not even when you have the phone right next to the camera.
I advised the company of these issues and advised under their ‘Satisfied or refund’ offer on their website within 14 days. Once they got back to me after a couple of emails, they advised that they need a video showing it not working. I advised them that the product is rubbish, and I am not happy, the issues are intermittent. Asked for a return process / address so I can return it under the satisfaction / return promise, and they have are still asking for a video for warranty return?
I am currently working with my bank to try and get the funds back. AVOID.

Like many of the purchasers of a Smart wildlife Wi-Fi Trail Camera from Huntpassion I have not been very impressed. Reading their website about batteries, I wrote four emails to them about the number of batteries and using rechargeable ones. The very slow answers I got were useless and showed absolutely no technical knowledge or that the recipient was prepared to go and find an answer for the customer. My emails also asked when I could expect delivery as the camera was a Christmas present for my wife. I never received a reply and eventually the camera arrived 5 days after Christmas!
The instructions provided are poor. They come in a 14 page manual made to fit in the small delivery box. Unfortunately, the pictures and the text are so small it is virtually impossible to read it! I had to scan each page and then print it larger so that I could read it. Overall I would give the instructions 4 out of 10. Many parts are extremely unclear and it has taken me many hours to be able to record any video. I have still not found how to set up and use the Wi-Fi on my phone. I am persevering very slowly.
However, I am extremely disappointed with this camera and now regret buying it. There are obviously many better ones available that are easier to set up, cheaper and have a quicker delivery and a faster, useful response time from customer services.

Company is a scam.do not buy ,it is not based on France,it's UK number is fake,items are worth about £40 max if they work,no refund return policy,no answer to emails .ITS A TOTAL SCAM .USE A PROPER WELL KNOW COMPANY,FAKE WEBSITE

This product deserves zero stars. We cannot get the camera to work. Our requests for help from HuntPassion have produced brief and unhelpful replies, concluding with advice that we send them a video of their product. (Why?) The 'manual' and other instructions are unintelligible. We only wish we had read other people's warnings on TrustPilot before we squandered money on this. Our next move will be to contact VISA.

Ordered a wildlife camera and sd card on 01/10/23. Instead of despatching from Paris (the alledged company address). It was despatched from China. It took 14 days to get to me. The package only contained the sd card. No explanation from the company. The UK telephone number, hangs up as soon as you connect. The email responses are slow and time wasting. I am suspicous that the web site is just a front for a scam operation. The web site is registered in Toronto, Canada.
I would suggest sending a complaint to the provider using email domainabuse at tucows.com.
Section 75 claim placed with my bank.
After many emails they sent another parcel which arrived, yesterday 31/10/23.
It was a Wildlife Camera, but not the one I ordered; which included a WiFi connection. This camera does not have WiFi.
Emailed them, but still awaiting a response

Item received incomplete, had to buy SD CARD, right card purchases at extra cost but didn't fit, company not prepared to refund even though I was prepared to return item to them, Item was bought for my wife to view the wildlife in house as she is recovering from CANCER and the company are aware of this.
Please don't waste your MONEY.

Finally, after several months' silence during which I sent multiple emails-Hunt Passion contacted me today-and within hours, have offered a refund, (which, although less than 50% of what this trail camera cost me. is better than I expected). The camera is very over-priced, in my opinion, but they have also offered to give me operating instructions (which are singularly lacking in the box).

Ordered two cameras. One didn’t work. Other poor stuff. Communications useless. These people are scammers. Avoid them like poison.

I echo all of the above negative comments. In my experience, the prospect of receiving a camera that works is zero. The prospect of common sense customer service is less than zero. The prospect of being asked to make a video to prove a simple point is 100%.
If you value your hard earned cash STAY CLEAR.
They are load of cheats.

Ordered 2 cameras one not working the other very poor quality photos. After a lot of email communications got nowhere. Had to get credit card company involved. Eventually got a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I ordered a camera as a birthday present - after 5 days, tracking told me that it was still in China. I couldn’t risk it not arriving in time so bought one from elsewhere and asked for a refund (particularly as it was still in its country of origin) but they refused. I have sent many emails, most of which are ignored and now reported them to UK Trading Standards and Google as they are clearly operating fraudulently. This company are scammers - do not use them under any circumstances. I can ill afford to lose this money and they simply do not care. I have now initiated Chargeback through my bank in an attempt to get reimbursed!

Camera stopped working after a couple of months. Emailed regarding it not working, after a load of emails to problem solve I was then asked to send a video showing that it didn't work. Ridiculous. Did this, sent a new one. Of course the new one stopped working a mere few weeks later.. emailed again Re getting a refund, no can do apparently. Ask for a new one. They say yes providing I post the old one back. Hmm, no! Why should I be out of pocket for their faulty goods to post a camera back to France. Sent me a new one. I've since massively upgraded and bought a totally different branded one.
Avoid at all costs!

The telephone in London is not available.
The return address on the package turns out to be a field in the outskirts of Reading.
You will never get your replacement or a refund.

Useless product with useless instructions. Effectively a scam.

Ordered a trail camera for my garden, it took month to arrive even after my many emails to the company. When it eventually arrived the supplied user leaflet was totally useless They eventually emailed me operating details but the camera does not work. They then wanted a video of me inserting the batteries and the SD card, then some action in front of the camera and the result displayed on my pc with a video of it. Their excuse is without video they cannot refund. When I got somebody to help me with a video they replied it is not good enough and now require a better one. This is a dishonest company who have supplied me with a faulty product and do not want to accept my refund request.
Avoid Huntpassion like the plague.

If you want to loose your money order from this scammer goods don't arrive and they blame the delivery service that they contract to deliver the items, you paid good money for. STAY AWAY

waste of money apart from the red light which does flash it doesnt record any pics or videos . e mail contact and phone number dont work , it took 20 days to arrive direct from china nothing wrong with made in china everything is but how how can you make a item so bad must be harder than making one that works please avoid .
