Victor from Hupla is the best !!
I was so nervous as this was my 3rd trip but the first time that I was doing an online booking and payment. Victor guided me through the entire process from the beginning to the end, resulting in a seamless and smooth process ending with payment.
Victor answered all my queries, via wats app and emails and was kind enough to even make some telephone calls to me regarding my queries.
I will only make all my future MSC Cruise bookings with Victor via Hupla. I highly recommend everyone to try Hupla, they are the best 👌 10 out of 10...😄

The experience stretch over a period of nearly two years. My wife suffered a medical condition, which made her unfit for the trip. All arrangements done by Hupla agents for the next trip 26/3 to 30/3/2024.
All questions promptly responded to in an efficient and
understandable manner.

When we booked, we were not told that Bok Radio was having an event. In an email before we left, we were informed of this event and that MSC would try limit its impact. This was not done. The event took place on the main deck: which was dominated by heavy drinking in the public and pool areas, making it unfriendly and unwelcome space. And definitely not an environment for to children! There was an undercurrent of racism, which made interactions uncomfortable and not always very pleasant.

The cruise also had long queues for everything and the buffet area was crowded and chaotic. The food was good though :-)!

I have been travelling on MSC cruises since 2014 my first cruise was on the MSC Opera. In the intervening years me and my husband have got on a cruise every year. We enjoy the MSC cruises the staff are friendly and helpful the ships are beautiful maintained, and the food is delicious. This year we cruised on the Splendida it is a beautiful ship we did two cruises and it was lovely to relax and get way from our busy lives. The last ten years have been wonderful and hopefully we can cruise for another ten years. Kind regards.

The fact hat the only thing I had to worry about was paying for my cruise on the MSC cape town to Namibia 22-26 March. Every thing was sorted us out for us from boarding to Embarkation by the Hupla crew.
