have a very sentimental connection to my Citizen Solar Charging watch but had given up on it when it stopped working after 28 years of continuous operation. I put it in a dresser drawer and forgot it. I happened upon Hurley Roberts repair services in a conversation with my son who had used them for one of his ten watches. Now I have my old solar friend back ticking away for another 28 years. Thank you Hurley Roberts

My wife and I have owned Citizen watches since 1980. Hurley Roberts has been the go to place for service to keep them in excellent shape from crystals to broken chips, etc. Thank you. Easy to ship and received back ready to go.

I have only owned Citizen dive watches since 1989. I have previously had minimal problems and and the minor repairs were reasonable and prompt. I sent my Aqualand Duplex in a couple of years ago for a minor repair and due the age of the watch, I had to have a new circuit board replaced and other things upgraded before the repairs could be made so that Hurley could guarantee the repairs. I spent ~$250 for a new circuit board and refurbishments. I never wore the watch and it stayed in my top drawer of my dresser for about 4 years. I decide to sell it, but the watch didn't work. I took it to a jewelry and the watch's battery was fine. I sent it to Hurley's again for repair and the process was very long and they said I had to replace the circuit board again and some other things that costs around $300 which is above the value of the watch that wasn't worn since the last repair and service. I wear a Promaster and an Apple iWatch when I need to monitor health conditions during exercise and sleep. As much as I like the appearance and functions of the Citizen Dive watches, the reliability and cost effectiveness are being over taken by watches being made by Apple and Garmin.

I have been a customer for years. I have an old Citizen Aqualand dive watch that they have serviced numerous times for battery and gasket service. That have become quite busy, but I did get my watch back in time for my trip. They have worked on my wife's ecodrive as well.

I have only wonderful things to say about Hurley Roberts. I own a beloved Citizen watch (solar-powered Eco-Drive) that is a bit over 20 years old. It began to not hold a charge as it should. I wanted only the best service for my watch, so I chose to use Hurley Roberts since they are an authorized Citizen service center. I'm so pleased with the excellent service Hurley Roberts provided from start to finish. The customer response was prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. I'm grateful to have my beloved watch looking and running so beautifully. Many thanks to all on the Hurley Roberts team!

Good, quick, efficient communicator. Reasonable price for the item offered and fairly quick shipping. The Item (a Chinese market "value" auto movement) not very sought after or commonly replaced!! Glad they had it in stock. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase and very good to know they are a Citizen authorized dealer and Service Center. Remember this business--as they offer goods at reasonable prices and also Service.

Problem was evaluated in a timely fashion. Estimate for repair needed was received in expected time frame. Watch was repaired and returned to me within the stated expected time. This watch was serviced before when the Eco-Drive system failed to hold a charge after 20 years. I love my Eco-Drive watch. Being able to get the watch repaired to avoid having to replace it is a great thing. When it needs service again, I wouldn't hesitate to send it to Hurley Roberts again.

I sent my 12 year old Citizen Eco-Drive watch in for service. I hadn't worn it in several years and wanted to get it back in service. After sending it in, I got a quote for $263.64 to repair and refresh the watch. I approved the quote and paid for it. I actually approved and paid on January 29 and received my watch back on February 28. It works perfectly. I am beyond pleased. While it did take a few weeks to get the project completed, they were upfront about being behind and working to clear their backlog. I was able to check on the progress, though I did wait until the three week mark to check. I very much recommend this company to anyone needing service on a Citizen watch. Be prepared to wait, but understand that quality work is worth waiting for.

I've had two watches repaired by HRC. They are absolutely the best! With all the supply chain issues and everything that have happened over the last 5 years, Hurley Roberts still delivers. When i first sent my watches in a couple years ago, they were upfront with their estimate and made it clear that supply chain issues can make for a longer period of time to get parts. It took some time to get parts but I also had some life changes that prevented me from getting both watches fixed at once. They were willing to work with me on that. In fact, they have been really good to work with all around, and I was very pleased with the work they did on both my watch and my late father's watch. I had moved after sending a watch for repair and notified them of the change - and when the repair was completed, they not only called me to let me know the repair was complete, they wanted to confirm the address and make sure it was really me before sending the watch. I really appreciate not only their quality work but being so conscientious and diligent in making sure the change of address was legitimate and that they were "returning the watch to the right wrist". Thanks HRC staff!

When my Eco drive stopped keeping up on time, I searched the Citizen website for help. I found the link to Hurley Roberts. I contacted them and received the free shipping label to send my watch to them. We've been scammed before and I was hesitant. I loved my watch and wanted it fixed, so I sent it them.

To my amazement and relief, I received an email from them saying they have received my watch and gave me an inhouse tracking #. They explained the process; the amount of time it could take and would email me repair quote. When I got the quote, I was surprised it was less than 1/2 the cost of a new watch. I decided to approve the repair. Again, I was kept in the loop via email the whole step of the way and the amount of time they gave me for the repair was longer than it actually took.

When my watch finally arrived back, I was amazed at how well it looked! Cleaned and brand new looking! So happy I went with Hurley Roberts! They are an excellent service company!

I had a great experience with Hurley Roberts. My 2004 watch, a citizen eco drive, no longer held a charge. I completed the online form, received a shipping label and mailed my watch. Within a week or two I received a detailed estimate for the needed repair and related work (equivalent to a tune up on a car) and authorized the repair. Although Hurley Roberts was very upfront about the amount of time it could take, I received my watch within a few months. It works like new. I'm so thrilled to be able to continue using this watch, which has sentimental value.

I have used Hurley Robert Service center on two other occasions. Never again! They have had my Citizen Dive Watch for 11 months. Not fixed and after numerous inquiries and emails, no response. Paid almost 400.00 dollars for refurbishment. You can’t talk to a live person. I am going to contact the BBB! Couldn’t recommend them to anyone ever again. Very poor communication and follow up on their part!

Horrible service. They informed me they aren’t authorized to repair my watch as it needs to be repaired by Citizen itself. Still waiting for return but status has been stuck on preparing to ship for over a month.

They are crooks , they made me wait for 6 months to repair my costly watch and then lost it , they initiate a phony USPS preshipment , but never gave the item to USPS to ship it , later they open a search case with USPS and fool customers by showing that USPS lost it and they are off hook, they never take phone calls , ans email the same USPS status.

HRS has been servicing my watches for 20+ years. Everything about the experience is the best. I have 5 Citizen Chronos and HRS is the only service provider I use. They are the best!

Sent my watch in for a warranty repair because they messed up the first time they had it (for almost a year). Now months later on the second go around, they are ghosting me.

They told me 12 weeks, ended up being close to 12 MONTHS.

I had to threaten a chargeback to get them to even respond to my emails.

Ridiculously unorganized, unprofessional company.

I would never recommend them.

This is my third time using Hurley Roberts Service for my Citizen watch over the past 8 years. Each time the process has been straight-forward, affordable and they are easy to work with. You mail your watch as directed, they send an estimate, you approve and pay for it, they order the parts needed and fix it, then send it back. Every time it looks brand new when I've received it. It does take some time though, like 6-8 weeks, but has worked very well for me thus far.
