Order arrived on time, products were wrapped in tissue paper and the box had 'polystyrene peanuts' for padding so it was well protected. Really happy with my items too, beautiful design and quality.

Efficient & pleasant to deal with.
Very fast turnaround from ordering to receiving item and well packaged. Returned the throw/blanket (it was too thin for my requirements) following Hurn & Hurn's returns instructions and was quickly refunded without question. I would certainly buy from this company again, appear to be very efficient.
