Wat a fantastic service

Wat a fantastic service. Got my m250 bike last week. It’s bloody grease lightning, a right head turner. Bloke who dropped it off was really helpful and professional. Think it’s a bargain for 75 a month.

WARNING YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT…

WARNING YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!!!

I returned the bike exactly as I received, I used their subscription to try and make some side hustle with Uber Eats but unfortunately I was ill and couldn't use it.

Now they claim the bike was damaged and because of early cancellation not only they will keep my deposit they also want me to pay extra.

What a disappointing review, quite dishonest. You didn't pay for your subscription because you said you were out of work, no mention of illness. There is a minimum term of 6 months which is clearly stated on our website. If you don't pay for your bike we do need to collect it!

When the bike went back through the workshop the battery was examined and it was damaged. It had clearly been dropped as the inside of the components were loose. This battery can never be used again for safety reasons - they're expensive you know. We have the video footage if you want it.

Please stop trying to harm the reputation of good businesses with false reviews like this.
