Do not use this company. It is a total ripoff. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. They do not return calls; customer service is rude and after spending thousands of dollars with them, they tell me they cannot give me my files I requested after previously telling me they would. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

I'm so happy hurricane company got our bill lowered big time. I recommend people use this company to help solve problems.

I began working with Hurricane Tax when I encountered some issues with the IRS back in 2017. I was very much impressed by their immediate attention and action to my immediate needs. I was threatened with a wage garnishment and within one to two days of contacting Hurricane Tax, they were were able to intercept the wage garnishment, which would have caused a major financial setback fro my family and I.

Hurricane Tax did such a GREAT job that I am now expecting a substantial amount of REFUND because I followed the advise of my account managers.

Even though, I am now out of the woods with the IRS, I continue to work with Hurricane Tax because they put my needs first., The STAFF members are AWESOME! Some of the Folks I am thankful include: Geralyn, Ross, Diane and Mari and I'm sure there are more that have helped with my case in the back end.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hurricane Tax for anyone who is need of Professional help with the IRS.

Geralyn did an excellent job working with me on my taxes. She kept me informed and when everything was completed, answered my many, many questions. Even when I became frustrated, she was very professional, stayed calm, and continued to explain things to me until I understood everything that was going on. I would recommend Geralyn for anyone who needs her services.

It was the absolute worst experience with a company I have ever had!! I paid them a lot of money because they said they would save me money and they didn’t.

Hurricane Tax has flaws like any other business; but overall I was very happy with the IRS settlement that Geralyn Constantino arranged for me. Geralyn is very easy to work with and knows her stuff. If you can arrange for her to be your consultant you won't go wrong.

Very difficult to contact a human about my case. Very frustrating not getting your messages returned.

Overall it was a good experience as in the end was able to settle with a payment plan. the only comment is regarding response to emails. There was a very long delay to get someone to respond when I was inquiring about updates. It was very uneasy as I was getting tax notices that required responses. Some improvements needed with customer service when a customer is asking for updates. Repeated return calls not made and or repeated emails unanswered is not a good customer experience.

The Company did everything they said they’d do, I’m more than satisfied with the work they did for me.

They took my money and I had to send them the paperwork three time. Then they did nothing. Do not use these people. They are just trying to rip you off.

" Bait and Switch " They convinced me they had it all under control and I would be so happy! I released power of attorney and they signed a CRAP deal payed them 3500.00 they saved me 6,000.00 on a 50,000.00 $ debt. 6-3.5= 2500.00 saving WOW THATS 5% These guys are MASTERMINDS . I was doing better on my own. I had held the IRS off and was still negotiating when I turned it over to Hurricane.

After talking to Christina, I was some what relieved about my case. Then Eddie I think called said we could file an appeal, told me Christina would call, that was a month ago and I am still waiting on the call. Maybe the communication could be a little better. Calls or email.

The hardest part was making the call. Once I disclosed my information and shared my personal history, everything started to improve. It's been a year and I am finally in a place where I no longer have the weight of worry on my shoulders. Thank you for helping me resolve my Tax issue.

I am writing this letter to express my sincere appreciation to the agency Hurricane Tax. Special thanks to Donna senior tax rep. And Cindy for there efforts in resolving a difficult situation. Senior rep Donna was a big help we even PRAYED over the phone together. Though this difficult period it was hard however I had to Trust GOD who works through his people. Bottom line GOD used Hurricane Tax service through Donna and Cindy to bring a since for resolve to the situation. I am eternally grateful thank you.

Excellent service, arrive was way above the amount I was Charged. I highly recommend them for any tax related issue

I am forever greatful to Hurricane Tax. Their expertise gave me a breathe of fresh air as I requested help with the IRS. I give them extremely high marks in assisting anyone who may have tax problems.

Did not provide the relief they said they would. I was told I would have only a small amount to pay and perhaps even nothing. Very poor communication. Took a long time. Ended up what I got was a lien on my home with 10 years to repay. Big deal. All that for the enormous amount I was charged? I could have done that myself!

They helped get all the back tax returns done and taxes were paid.

Responding time could use some improvement

I've been trying to get out of my contract with this company they don't return your calls, they got me the same pay installment after I told them I couldn't pay that installment. Nobody calls to talk to you about any questions you may have. Stay away from this company.
