I have used Husky on more than one…
I have used Husky on more than one occasion and have found them to be very helpful and professional. The delivery firm used for an upright chiller I had ordered were fantastic too, particularly as it was a very tight fit to get it into my shop.. I had a follow up call from Husky to check I was happy with their service as well and I was more than pleased to say I was.

Great Fridge and an amazing customer service
After looking on google for a good comercial fridge we found this one however in order to purchase it we had to contact the Husky which we did and were glad to be directed to Sally who not only assist us in choosing the right but also made us feel confident we were buying the right one for our need.
The delivery was just as good, delivery driver friendly and helpful.

Is commercial voltage different to public voltage
the price for the cooler was fine cheaper than most by 10%.
it was bought for my outside bar. The Lady from Huskey rang me and informed me that as it was not going into a commercial establishment (even though i bought it through my LTD company) they could not offer me any warranty ? and informed me there would be no sale if I didn't accept. so the cheaper price of the unit was just negated by the loss of warranty, i cant understand why ? its not as if the voltage is any different and the doors open and close in the same way, anyhow it was a Friday and I was feeling elated about the forth coming weekend so I accepted, wondering what the law on distance selling and the statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA 2015) ? (this is why 4 stars not given sorry)
Anyway that aside the unit so far has been good and works well with little noise, it looks lovely, good choice of self heights, easy to install and change settings etc. free & quick delivery and I must say the delivery guy was very helpful and nice. overall its a good piece of kit.

We apologise for any confusion caused by the warranty terms. However, it is important to note that warranty terms are based on the intended use of the product. Whilst we do offer a warranty for commercial use in a business premises, we are unable to provide a warranty for domestic use as the unit is not being used for its intended purpose and therefore falls outside of our standard warranty terms and conditions. We do make it clear on our website that this product is for commercial use and also we check on receipt of an order that the warranty terms are fully understood by our customer.

By Intended use we meant as in for business/commercial use as opposed to use in a domestic environment. The chiller you have purchased was designed for the former so under our trading terms it can only be sold for use in a commercial environment in order for us to provide a warranty. Otherwise yes, it will indeed chill your beer very nicely!

Husky fridges
Having had my two old Husky fridges for 15 years, I knew it was time to change and although I could have bought cheaper, I wanted peace of mind that I was buying from a good brand and my new two fridges would be of the same quality and reliability. I am very happy with my new fridges and I know they will also save me money as they are more efficient to run than my old ones.

Think seriously about purchasing from…
Think seriously about purchasing from Husky for your commercial purchase. We paid £1500 for a freezer and nothing seems to be covered under their 2 year warranty…. LED strip light went within 1 year…not covered as it’s classed as a consumable item. Now the door seal has detached itself (only 16 months old) from door so not creating a seal on door and guess what… consumable item…is a door seal which needs to be fitted correctly to create a perfect seal really a consumable item to be fitted by customer? Husky believe so. The freezer probably only opens less than 10 times a day so we thought we would invest with a reputable company so we could ‘buy once-buy right’…this has definitely backfired and a lesson learned from buying from them. After sales should be part of your purchase price not an extra.
From their own site…. ‘We pride ourselves on our quality and reliability of our products, but in case any issues arise we offer a 24 months parts and labour warranty – attended by an expert refrigeration engineer in the field’
I’m sure this is the case….as long as it’s not classed as consumable….

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience of buying from Husky. Under the terms of our warranty (https://www.husky.co.uk/terms-conditions) parts that are subject to regular wear and tear are considered as consumables i.e. lights, door gaskets etc. They can be replaced easily and do not require an engineer to fit them.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and after sales service and had we been made aware that you were having trouble refitting the door gasket we would have been happy to provide guidance as unless the door gasket was damaged or worn it can be easily refitted without requiring a replacement.

I bought a wine cooler off Amazon which didn't work, was sent a replacement and slightly over 2 years it's stopped working completely. I emailed husky customer service and was just ignored. Don't waste your time or money on anything from here.
