I purchased their 450X robotic lawnmower and have found the machine to be of fantastic quality and highly efficient. However, I was forced by their agent to have it "professionally" installed otherwise the guarantee would apparently be void. They made a complete mess of the installation, causing the mower to operate incorrectly from the start. I subsequently reinstalled the machine correctly myself, I also discovered that this does not invalidate the guarantee. I emailed Husqvarna, getting a response over two weeks later telling me to take the matter up with the very agent I was complaining to them about. I replied, asking them to explain if their agents get any training and if Husqvarna takes any responsibility at all for their products, I have not had a reply several months later. In conclusion, their product is excellent, but the company couldn't care less about their customers once they have pocketed your money. My advise is to go for the next best make of machine whatever that may be as their customer care could hardly be worse than Husqvarna.

Bought a husqvarna hedge cutter trimmer 24" on the 28/11/16 as it comes with a two year guarantee the product has just packed up on me just before the guarantee was up 17/10/2018 so phoned up the dealer and husqvarna to enquire about my 2 year guarantee but unfortunately there's a catch what they don't tell you about the guarantee is that you need to register when you purchase any husqvarna product and you need to get full survic by a husqvarna dealer within the first year for you to qualify for a second year. It's just one big rip off and false advertising. So "BEWARE" . If i buy a tv from john Lewis and it comes with a 5 year guarantee do I need to get that serviced every year? NO.

We purchased a Husqvarna LC 247S Self-Propelled Petrol Lawn Mower from Garden Machines Ltd and have to say we are extremely impressed.
Instructions were clear and the mower obviously arrived read assembled.
The height adjuster using one handle is very easy to use and much better than adjusting each wheel as our old Sovereign!
It has a sleek design, is leightweight and yet very powerful.
I had to get used to the self propulsion as it's quite fast but once you get a feel for it, it is easy to control.
Easy manouverability and cut the grass in half the time giving me more time to enjoy the garden and sunshine!
Good size basket collector reducing emptying by half.
I love my new mower and would highly recommend this excellent product as was the company I purchased it from. £200 cheaper than Amazon too....bargain!

Bought a Automower 305 just over 3 years ago and when it works it does a really good job but when it breaks down it's an expensive toy.
Year 1 all electronic components needed replacing in mower due to water damage. Warranty otherwise £1500
Year 2 motor on wheel seized. Warranty.
Year 3 new PCB required in charging unit £200 paid
Today unable to use. As it has developed a fault with the charger antenna. Awaiting quote.
The Automower is probably one of the first that Husqvana made so I would hope these issues have been sorted in their latest Automower.?

Not very reliable?

We all know this company has a tried to gain good reviews for its product's. However, their customer service is non existent and a rip off. They list a high price rate phone number and even worse!!! Instead of being able to answer the simplest of technical questions they will try and get you to then waste your time even further and ring one of their dealers. Which, as many of us know, is also a complete waste of time as they are not interested in offering unbiased, useful and quick help and can't even answer a simple question because they never do anything but sell the product!! Husqvarna alienate professional's like me and other consumers with an arrogant uncooperative attitude that I for one will not tolerate. I suggest you go elsewhere until they bother to offer a decent "IN HOUSE" Customer and Technical helpline.
