Came same day on time excellent service and a great price highly recommended

I am very pleased with the quality and the price and value of the goods purchased. I am still, however, waiting for one item to arrive. But the big problem is that they use Royal Mail parcel delivery and Royal Mail refuse to deliver to our apartments - preferring instead to deliver to a bulk drop off - this means that although I pay for delivery I always have to go to a concierge collection point - which is not the same as having something delivered to your home. I don't think I'll order from them again because of this - but they have good products so I would very much like to but they need to get their delivery supply chain sorted out first.

Firstly you do not get a despatch note with your products
Secondly trying to contact customer services is exhausting - have emailed twice no reply
Have contacted HO but just automated with no options
No contact numbers on the website, why does any company not want direct contact with its customers, I believe they are trying to mislead them in the hope they give up.
Have items to return and no way of doing it
Wished I had read reviews as this company is more about extracting money and keeping it than working with the customer
Where do i now go send off in the hope my money is returned and if not small claims or ASA
Hoe this gets some response

I placed 3 separate orders from HUT after they sent me emails with offers that were available for an hour each time. I placed each order within minutes of the email however, I have discovered that nearly all the items I ordered are not available and have been cancelled. This is yet another appalling marketing ploy to get people to purchase full price goods whilst tempting them with 'offers' that were never actually available. I will not order from this company again and I strongly recommend to anyone that if you try to order from the HUT you are wasting your time and will find that unless the item is full priced, nothing else will be delivered!!!!!!!!

I tried to buy a £500 coffee machine, which the website said was in stock, from this company with one-day delivery.

It had not even been dispatched by the day it was meant to arrive. There was no proper communication from the company and no phone line to query what was happening.

In the end I cancelled the order and found it elsewhere - on IWOOT. Unfortunately, it turns out IWOOT are part of the same company as The Hut and equally awful. They also failed to process the order.

BOUGHT A DVD BOXSET FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY TOOK A MONTH & THREAT OF LEGAL ACTION BEFORE THEY REFUNDED ME BUT ARE THE ONLY COMNPANY I HAVE EVER KNOWN NOT TO HAVE A PHONELINE WHAT A JOKE !!
