Was going ok ..i played 6 months built up to 225 billion coin spending not 1 penny ...but then my screen froze up and i cannot do anything..i uninstalled app ,then installed it again, went to my Facebook settings i recovered my account but screen remains froze i cannot play at all...no way to get ahold of anyone...6 months of playing down the drain ...i will never play again ....i couldn't imagine paying for 225 billion coins and then that happens...its would be approximately $350.00 worth of coins...i know its not my phone its on their end ...sad and disappointed 😖😥

Everything was ok until their Yearly report came out and they showed HUUUGE negative net income. It was a HUUUGE disappointment. Now they have to do everything to try to force people to buy or buy more. There is no winning anymore whether you buy chips or not. Their stock HUGP (Warsaw) will decline much further once they report huge losses in active users.

I do think positive of the site is the social side of having little banter with fellow players. However, they are unobtainable promotions. They do "specials" 4 day event. 1st day 30 charm packs. Normally these are easy to obtain yet 99% said reached 2 or 3 before target then stopped giving took hours and hours to kick back in to get remaining couple. Once obtained the flew freely again. 2nd day.. spend 6000 trading chips. (Get 2 per level and 4 on 0 levels) if dumb buying at 160$ includes 225. Doesn't take idiot to work out what's happening. 3rd Day.. single win of 6Trillion.. to the 99% this isn't possible. 4th day to come but no doubt out of reach. ALL THIS to obtain (should all 4 be completed) 1 new charm.... the site is now 100% greed.

They do collections frequently and offer substantial prize for completion yet a friend had big chips betting 300b per spin during the promo her last target was 56000 in 5 hours.. not possible!!

Stay away from this game. In the passed 9 months this game has changed the odds and not in a good way. You lose 80% of your bets. What a joke this game has become. I have talked with hundreds of players they are quitting and moving on from this game. It wont be long before this game shuts down because there will be no one left. They give you nothing back.
