Outstanding Staff
Over a year ago, we bought some ceramic garden tiles from the Bletchley depot. Our builder at the time said he would collect them when he was ready, but due to ill health that never happened. Upon returning the depot over 12 months later, we were a little worried that the order would be lost or forgotten. No, the staff immediately knew who we were and showed us the pallet still waiting for us, then quickly arranged our new delivery. Amazing service! So a big thank you to the most helpful, funny and decent chaps at Huws Gray, Ian and Shane. You do the company credit!

Poor Customer Service
I was supposed to get a message about delivery within 24 hours of ordering but it didn't happen. I phoned Monday and they said delivery was on Tuesday. Didn't arrive so phoned again when they said delivery now Wednesday but they phoned Wednesday pm saying it would now be Thurday. Finally arrived Thursday. Product OK buy hopeless customer service.

Great service all round from Norwich…
Great service all round from Norwich Barker Street branch. We are situated just over the road so simply walked over to collect our wood and the yard guys kindly forklifted our stuff to the gates to save us a long carry. Absolutely above and beyond, thanks!

Still not available to pick up
I ordered my Makita Finishing Sander online on the 30th August, went to collect it on the 1st Sept and again on the 9th Sept and it's still not at their Bangor branch. How long do I have to wait for it ?

Prompt delivery, driver was great and very accommodating.
Especially so as he was out of area and did well to find my place.
Only downside was I got no notification of delivery so it just luck that I was in at the time.

Excellent quality
My order was delivered promptly. Communication regarding its delivery was immediate and the delivery was fantastic with the two bulk bags skilfully placed exactly where they were required. The topsoil is excellent quality.

Great staff
The staff at Huws Grey were great. They were friendly, helpful, and not in the slightest bit discouraging or patronising to a basic DIY-er. I will definitely be going there again.
