I LOVEEE hux. It’s affordable and now part of my daily routine. The hux hydration tablets are next level, specifically the watermelon flavour. Big big bigggg fan!

I saw no mention of these compounds on the website. After another look, I saw them. I'm very disappointed.
I reached out to HUX and got no response, after 3 days I made a Paypal claim and got refunded instantly as HUX then did the right thing. They have explained they are short-staffed due to illness and I agree with that, however I didn't know before I made a claim.
I am, therefore, upgrading the review to 3-stars.
If they lose the bad ingredients, I'll put it up further.

To be fair to me, I did all I could over those 3 days, I'd been in touch daily (ignored) and could do no more if they wouldn't work with me. I had to pursue a full refund and subscription cancelled. HUX's aftersales care was nonexistent until I went for a refund and I fear it would have stayed deadlocked had I not used Paypal to get my funds back. They ARE talking now and have refunded no quibbles and said I can keep the pills to gift on.

Having requested a returns label, I followed up with them twice but only received an automatic response (out of office) with no actual details or information. Nothing that helped us work together on this issue.
Since then, they have been in touch and I appreciate they're struggling under a weight of custom as a small business with sickness. I understand this and will let it slide, I have nowt against them and I bigtime prefer them to Amazon. If they sort out their compounds I will buy from them again. Stevia or Monk's Wood are far better sweeteners and the binding agents can also be replaced.

As said, I do not want the product as it contains Sucralose. That's a flat "No" from me, personally. That's my beef. The protracted and tiring process for full refund was successful, so no further issues. Staff illnesses occur and we are beset by flus and CoViD through government slowness to immunise and NHS issues and that isn't HUX's fault. But. 3 days of committing my own personal time to this issue was pretty tiring as I have the very same flu and was hoping to use the pills to get better. They are probably fine, but I won't take something containing Sucralose etc.

Let's be frank, here. When I follow up and read comments from others that say: "Cancelled my sleep subscription with zero communication and now price has gone up" "contains sucralose (lowers good bacteria), triglycerides (increase stroke and heart attack risk) and worst of all polyethylene glycol (heart issues, blood pressure issues ect) - I think Hux need to research the chemicals" I am gonna become alarmed.

Sure, I got there in the end and had a reasonable outcome but I do hope they change their formulas and suss out a faster response that doesn'y lead the customer to Paypal resolution & TP review first.

Will use again, do find them easy to talk to and helpful when they do respond but customer care needs a bit of work. This could all have been avoided by a brief email explaining the problems their side and acknowledging mine, right? Still unhappy with the ingredients so am waiting on a change. WIll keep checking in. Not necessarily a bad company, just overwhelmed like we all are!

I am obsessed with Hux hydration, especially in watermelon. They have become part of my daily routine. I am a Barrys trainer and personal trainer, so a lot of my job requires talking for hours, which makes me very dehydrated. However, these have made such a difference and I really can't go without them. Whether I'm working or going out, they give me all the electrolytes I need and are the best on the market! THANK YOU!

Seems a good product, good way to get nutrients on a vegan diet. Definitely go for original flavour and mix with water, it actually tastes really nice. Vanilla is grim.

I shopped around quite a bit before buying, and chose Hux as it felt like it had the highest amounts of ingredients for the price outside of AG. I was surprised at how much I liked it and how much of an affect its had on my body, as honestly I wasn't expecting too much and was slightly sceptical.

For me now, its a non-negotiable start to my day (I even take it on holidays etc) I can genuinely feel the benefits and even starting to like the taste (it was a little gritty at first). Customer service has been fabulous even offered me a voucher, which just makes me buy into the brand more.

Hydration tablets are also great- I like the more natural flavours compared to some on the market.

The only greens I am sticking to - great taste, subtle and not overly sweet, just nice vanilla tones. Easy to dissolve and not powdery.
I feel more energized, a whole other experience compared to other multivitamins/supplements.
Additionally, Hux customer service is extremely kind and helpful, Maddy is very caring. 100% recommend.

Tried out as part of my morning routine and it has quickly become a non negotiable for me. I genuinely feel the difference when I don’t use them as a don’t eat in the morning.

Due to delivery issues I did not receive two months worth of product but with one email Maddy @ Hux has sorted the problem out and Im incredibly grateful

Tried the Daily Greens with some scepticism, but felt a boost. Ordered more. Bit of an issue with Black Friday, but Maddy at customer support was amazing. So couldn't be happier.

I'm on my second tub of the vanilla and I really feel it has helped my energy levels in the first half of the day which is when I always struggled. I add it to morning smoothie and like it has the protein in so I'm set until lunch.

The customer service is brilliant - answered all questions on social media quickly and even sent me out free sachets of natural flavour to test when I was trying to decide on my second tub purchase (vanilla definitely wins!). Much appreciated.

I have recently tried the hydration tablets - really great flavours and great start to day or after exercise.

Shopped around before going with HUX supergreens and really happy with decision.
