Warning: Counterfeit Products – Avoid This Seller
I ordered Drunk Elephant products from HuxleyLondon, but as soon as they arrived it was obvious they were counterfeit. The textures were thin and watery and nothing like the authentic products.
When I contacted the seller, I discovered it is operated by a single individual who appears to be sending fake items from a Peterborough address. I returned the products, but they were never collected and were eventually sent back to me.
Thankfully, Klarna investigated the situation and issued me with a full refund directly from HuxleyLondon.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise against ordering anything from this seller. This appears to be a scam, and I’m sharing this review to warn others.

Like all reviewers I was taken in by…
Like all reviewers I was taken in by this scam. They use Shopify to process the order, so I spoke to them and discovered Shopify have little to no vetting of the shops they host. I actually had to become a shop in order to make them aware that Huxley London is a criminal enterprise but 2 weeks on, the site is still operating. I've exchanged information with Clarins Head Office and engaged my bank to try and get a refund.
Ordered Clarins Double serum

I have just received Advanced night repair from this website.
It looked look real ( packaging)

La mar is not partners with this company and I’m presuming it’s the same for the others…they are Fake products
I purchased a La mer lip gloss - on the La mer website it’s priced at £72 and Huxley London price was £39. A bargain so I thought. After I’d ordered it online I started to wonder how it was so much cheaper… I decided to look into it and do my research. The previous reviews I saw I didn’t want to believe. So I contacted lamer’s customer service team to ask if Huxley London is partnered with them. They respond saying they have nothing to do with the company and it is a fake product. Be careful guys!
DO NOT USE'FAKE GOODS
DO NOT USE! Bought Clarins double serum 2 pack. The texture was like water & the colour & smell was wrong. For additional insult, I had a bad skin reaction & my eyes became very puffy & lined. TOTAL FAKE COMPANY. 1 star is too generous.
This is a fake company
This is a fake company. Do not buy from here. I ordered an item that was never sent. No response to multiple emails and online message form. No phone number or address for this company. Awful!
Fake products from Huxley London
I bought the clarine double serum which I’d been using for years and this time I had an immediate allergic reaction. My skin told me that this product feom Huxley London is FAKE! DO NOT BUY!!
Do not purchase
Do not purchase, I repeat do not purchase, if it is too cheap to be true, it is. I read reviews after order, only ordered as Klarna available and I thought Klarna would not authorise fake goods. No way to cancel. Bank advises to wait and see what Huxley respond, tried emails requesting to return goods, tried their website contact us, not one reply. I have original packing, no delivery note, return address on packaging, contacting Traiding standards. Managed to get Klarna to pause payments. Bank said, they stop their traiding and then they open as another name.
Fake products- do not buy from them
Fake products- do not buy from them. I bought the double serum travel pack. On opening the product, it was very watery and I knew straight away the product was fake. It's disgraceful they are still operating. I emailed them to complain but no response received.
So wish I had read this review before…
So wish I had read this review before purchase. Clarins double serum not a real Clarins product. Very watery. I am not quite sure what they have filled the bottles with but certainly not a real Clarins product. I am surprised Clarins does nothing to warn people about this website…

Purchased Clarins double serum £89 because I’d had it before thought it smelled different and colour different as I put in on my skin had a burning sensation quickly took it off with lots of cool water to soothe my skin a rang Clarins as company stated they were the vendors Clarins had never heard of them a said I’d been scammed that product was fake or out of date. I have emailed company six times they have not contacted me. The address on package when googled was just a house in a street in a residential area. This was a gift to myself for my 80th birthday they no telephone no so I feel I will never get my money back. Don’t know what to do. Please please never buy from this Company.
