Used to be good but no longer!
I had been a customer for years however have now cancelled all my subscriptions.
Customer service has become non existent, products are out of stock with no notification to customers yet they have still charged the subscription fee. Really really disappointing.
No longer a great company.
Has always been a great company and product but I just ran out of toilet paper and when I checked to see where my subscription was it hadn't been fulfilled on 1st Oct when they charged me and shows out of stock and no email notification. Based off reviews on here I'll be filing a complaint with credit card company and will go consumer affairs if that's unsuccessful.
Such a shame
Thankfully I haven’t lost money like others. But I used to love this company and order from them all the time. I tried for ages to contact them about why everything was showing as ‘sold out’, but couldn’t get a straight answer from them. I’m guessing they’ve gone bust. If they’ve taken your money please report to the Dept of Fair Trading for them to investigate.

I’ve ordered a couple of time…
I’ve ordered a couple of time previously from HWR and the product was shipped immediately and was good quality when it arrived. My most recent order made on 6 April has never arrived and multiple contacts via email and chat on their platform have been unanswered. I’m now going through the bank to have the charge disputed. Waste of time.
Long time customer...not anymore though :(
Extremely disappointed. I've been a long time customer, and have spent over 1500 dollars with them, I make the effort to go eco and pay more for it to try and do the right thing, but HWR has screwed me over.
I received a partial delivery and not the main items in my order. I have tried their chat for help so many times AND emailed with no response via any channel. Something is going on with this company by the looks of it, I've never had an issue before, but all the other customer reviews as experiencing the same as me lately...I wonder if they're going bust?
Be careful using this company now...I for one will not be returning as a customer to them...I'm going to have to find somewhere else to take my business.
Awesome turned to Horrible
This used to be an awesome company that produced a fabulous product. Unfortunately this has now been tarnished. I placed and order in early March. There have been no responses to any emails, messages via social media or the website or any way the get through on the phone. Absolute ZERO response or even an apology or offer of a refund yet will still take your money and you'll get nothing in return. Just be honest with your customers and communicate!

In the past i have had great experiences, however I have not been able to contact them about my recent order that was due to ship a couple of weeks ago.
Incredibly disappointing to be fully charged, receive no contact and obviously receive no items. They should at least provide a refund!
