Extremely frustrating delivery delays and inconsistent communication
I placed my order on 22nd May, and as of today, I still have no clarity on where my order actually is. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially as the delivery keeps getting delayed with no reliable updates.
What is most concerning is the completely inconsistent communication from customer support. I have received multiple, conflicting updates:
First, I was told the order had already been shipped
Then I was told it was still being prepared and would be handed to EVRI shortly
After that, I was informed it was on the way
And now (as of 12th June) I’m being told the delivery is delayed further and expected only by the end of June
This lack of clarity and reliability is unacceptable. It feels like no one genuinely knows the status of the order, and updates are just generic responses rather than accurate information.
Because of this delay, my project is now on hold, which is causing real inconvenience and disruption.
I understand delays can happen, but what matters is transparency and honest communication—both of which are clearly lacking here. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about ordering if you’re working to a timeline.
