went to.them in 2024..first of all they asked for my money cash...that was the first thing...and after they made the hair implant..no details no nothing..asked them.and they said 3400 grafs..in fact they were 2000..(2800. euros wasted..)
after 2 years botched hair. ..i need another implant..they messed up..i hope they catch cancer for this

I travelled from the UK with a neighbour to get a second hair transplant, the first was in 2018 at a different clinic. This clinic was very clean and stylish. The staff were really helpful, smiley and kind. They resolved any concerns quickly, reassured me and the procedure went well. They gave me enough hair care products to last a year which is amazing and also have step by step YouTube videos which you can watch for reference to make sure you’re caring for your hair in the best way possible. I would recommend them.

Had a great experience with HWT. Everything ran so smoothly from someone who was nervous about travelling to turkey especially not been there before it was a pleasure as the transfer were there to pick me up on time. Hugo was always a message away any time if I was ever unsure about anything, he answered any questions I had. I was welcomed to a fantastic 5* hotel also where I was really well looked after. I was picked up and explained everything throughout with a personal translator during the day of procedure in case I had any more questions or worries. It ran so smoothly. The clinic was spotlessly clean. Staff so kind and friendly. Really recommend. 5* throughout the whole experience.

The HWT Clinic were professional and welcoming from start to finished. My first contact with Hugo was just after Christmas 2025. He was very helpful in advising me how the produce would go, and even the possibility I may need a second visit in a years time, as the area I needed the transplant was large, and for best results, a second visit maybe needed.
Once booked I was given 6-7 dates across January 2026. I couldn't fully commit to one, but penciled it in. I did need to change to a later date, and Hugo confirm this would be fine.
I arrived in Istanbul and was collected and taken to my hotel. It was a very nice hotel. The next day was the procedure. The team were very good at communicating to me what was going to be done, and once completed, very helpful with any pain medication I may need. I didn't really feel and pain later on or on the next day, who I went for my first wash, which was quick and easy. Then my car was waiting to take me back to the airport.
The whole trip was 3 days, and I am now 1 week after the procedure and I am so glad I had this done. I would fully recommend The HWT Clinic.

Overall, my experience was good. Transportation was excellent, the hotel was very good, and the clinic reception staff were kind and helpful.

However, I am not happy with the hair design result. Please look at my picture — especially the side hairline. This is the main reason I came to the clinic, because I trusted that the clinic knows how to design a natural and correct hairline.

They asked me if I liked it at the time, and I said yes because I trusted their professional judgment. But after seeing the final result clearly, I am disappointed with the design.

Everything else was good, but hair design is very important, and this part did not meet my expectations.

Hugo was our contact and he was super helpful, took us from our hotel to clinic and procedure was painless. Helped us with first wash the next day and bandaging and told us details about aftercare too.

I am writing this review now 15 months after my hair transplant at HWT Clinic and I am absolutely over the moon with my hair transplant results I have a fully restored hairline and covered crown area. I get lots of compliments from people actually saying it is the best hair transplant they have ever seen. It was highly recommended to me from a friend who had a hair transplant at HWT 4 years ago and had a great experience and a fantastic end result. My own experience was also great from the first time I contacted them Hugo got back to me straight away with what I would need, answered all my questions and got me booked in for the operation. I flew out to Istanbul on the Monday HWT sorted all the transport from airport to hotel and hotel to clinic then back to airport in luxury modern minibuses. HWT sorted my 2 night stay in the lovely titanic hotel very clean, modern, good food, breakfast included, swimming pool, spa and gym. Operation day was superb arrived at very clean clinic with wonderful staff who looked after me all day throughout the procedure I got 4000 grafts. I received my 1 year worth of aftercare products after the operation with a leaflet on how and when to use everything and also got sent videos via WhatsApp on how to look after myself in hours after operation. On the day I flew home they picked me up from hotel took me for my first wash at the clinic then took me to airport to fly home. I would like to thank everybody at HWT clinic for a wonderful experience and I can’t recommend them enough.

So first things first in terms of ease of booking it couldn’t have been any simpler. I reached out to Hugo, we discussed the plan and everything was laid out clearly.

The procedure itself was painless I fell to sleep on the sedative so that helped!, the only negative to the whole thing was being able to sleep after the procedure due to having to sleep upright so I struggled with that, but pretty sure anyone you ask who’s had a transplant would say the same thing!

In terms of recovery I recovered really quickly and started seeing some instant growth within a couple of weeks, I’m now just over 12 months in after procedure and I’m delighted with my results, now have a fully restored frontal hairline!

Would fully recommend HWT and even have a friend who is considering coming over to get it done after seeing the results of my transplant!

I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better surgeon.

Alongside him, Dr. Onur Karayel, the DHI specialist, performed the surgery flawlessly and completely pain-free.
