Unboxing refunds halfased
I like everything about this, it makes sense and all, but it loses 2 stars, because I recently unboxed a pair of shoes and being clumsy accidentally pressed on the exchange all button, it didnt ask me if I really wanted to exchange or anything at all, it just exchanged, even though i tried contacting help, nothing came out of it and i ended up loosing a pair of shoes and getting only half the actual cost of the shoes back...

As far as we can see, you received a $0 box using a promo code and won a pair of shoes. Yes, you could order them in your shopping cart by paying for shipping, but unfortunately you pressed the exchange button. We are very sorry that this happened, but the exchanged items cannot be restored back. We already got a suggestion from our users to add some kind of confimation on exchange feature and will implement it in the future.
We also inform you that when you exchange an item, you get 60% as a balance and the rest as fire points that you can use in our shop.

Sure is a scam. $50USD / $75AUD. Bought a box for $53 only had a $50 gift card - $3. Next box $50+ and it had a pink face mask. Clicked sell back and they only bought it back for $13! Stay clear!

Total scam. Your money is better spent on trusting a random stranger on ebay to send you something in the mail, i.e. a real mystery box. With that you at least get a box for your money.
