I really wish I could give a higher rating, since my first order started off rocky but with great communication from Alex it turned out well. There were errors on my second order, but once again, Alex took care of it.
Then they just didn’t seem to come back after the Chinese new year. They don’t respond to inquiries/emails at all!
I place an order on March 2nd and didn’t receive confirmation until the 5th (still trusting that they were just busy, okay move on), I received 3 out of 5 items ordered and one item not ordered in that order, but since I had placed another order with that item, I was somewhat okay with the mixup , the rest of that second order never shipped, so I only received the mistake item and never received the two missing items from the first (3.2.26) order.
I have emailed about a dozen times over the last month trying to get some type of resolution and only get crickets.at this point it looks like I am just out $565.
I really had high hopes that HYB was a good company, guess that’s my error for being so trusting!

Be aware

I was surprised to receive the package today. Took a while.

I have reached out several times for receiving wrong product. They sent me a wrong product completely and its value is a lot less than what I purchased. I have yet to receive a email back, refund, or correct item. Ive provided my order number receipts, and pictures of product j received. My first purchase was great second one was terrible. It makes me believe that this is not a legitimate company. I would not recommend purchasing from this false company.

A bunch of scammers. They scammed me of 500 dollars worth of bitcoin. They pose as an other website

No communication after payment, no tracking number, nothing. Have made contact through WhatsApp and email.

The payment method, as mentioned by another reviewer, kept me from purchasing. Cannot rate the product as I can't buy it.
