This broker tricked me 2 months ago.
To be short: I made manual trades for several weeks, earned about 30 thousand dollars in frantic volatility in March, then the broker first artificially increased the delay of order execution for my account, and later completely canceled all transactions, debiting all the money from my account, returning the deposit and closing my account. They didn’t explain anything to me, they sent a letter with an incomprehensible comment, according to which you can cancel any transactions at all, it is very convenient to have such terms and conditions.
My account is 220000259.
I sent a complaint to complaints@hycm com with a proposal to resolve the situation, but more than a week has passed, my manager does not answer me, I also did not receive a reply to the letter. I ask you to answer, if I do not receive an answer before May 21, I will write down all the details in my comment.

I'll be honest, Nothing to do with trading. I never got that far

I opened an account with them, received a confirmation email that i was ready to deposit. After i sent my money, and after waiting for about half an hour, they told me that my account was in a restricted area of Canada (ontario) which has not been updated on their website. You would think they would reject my account immediately or update their website considering how long they have been operating and how heavily regulated they are. Super Super unimpressed. very disappointed in a broker which could otherwise be recognized as a quality one.

*update* at the end of the conversation when they told me that it would take a day before i heard back about them cancelling my deposit, i asked how i could save my chat conversation with them. they mentioned it is "not possible to do so" which was either incorrect or a lie because they have a save button at the top right corner if you scroll all the way up to the top of the chat. i have saved the conversation, i am extremely disappointed with such a renowned broker.

When I first heard about this company, I had no idea that it had such a big history, and a pretty good reputation in general. I thought it was a different ordinary company, but it turned out that there was nothing wrong with the license (and it's not alone), and in general the service itself is organized so that you can quickly get used to it and get a solution to any problem.
This broker has both MT4 and MT5, so you can choose what is more convenient for you. Here you can access the forex calculator (really simplifies the process) and the current market overview. And the tutorials here have competent content and can be really useful in your work. It's a pity that there are not many of them, so still some education form the side sources won't hurt.

Very bad experience no trust

I'm not very good at installing different software, so was really grateful HYCM support that they've lead me through the process step by step and made my software life so much easier! Special thank you to Anthony from support! The other experience was really good to. Connection is super-fast and reliable, trading conditions satisfy me completely. I've chosen fixed spreads account and it work much better for me than floating spreads with the other broker I used to work with.

As a person new to forex trading I can say that HYCM was definitely a good choice. I don’t have much to compare with, but I know I was right to open my account here. I know to find a safe client-oriented broker - that’s a GOOD DEAL, so I’m willing to share my experience.
I hesitated a lot before opening an account. I’ve spent a lot of time on trading forums trying to understand whether profession suits me. I tried a few demo accounts. So even though I’m new to forex, I’m not that ignorant on the problems traders can run into with the wrong choice of a broker. I haven’t encountered any of those so far with HYCM.
In the very beginning, I took 5 questions quiz on HYCM website that you can take to determine what type of account fits you personally. BINGO! This resolved my doubts and even though I was recommended to open raw account with $200 min deposit (VS $100 for fixed and standard), I was totally satisfied, cuz I wanted to start with a decent amount anyway. Demo trading I tried before with other companies did not count spreads and commissions, so I had no idea what type of trading conditions would be more beneficial for my trading style. HYCM gave me a good advice. Now I understand the quiz results were 100% correct and fixed commission per round + nearly 0 spreads really works best for me. I really appreciate this kind of thoughtful service and I am glad this broker keeps up doing a good work on his side.

Beware of this broker, HYCM are a Scam operation and refuse to pay out my $11,303.84 USD in profit.

Beware of their multi-jurisdiction regulation they can try and play by any rules.

I have been trading forex for 6 years, if you have money invested with them be aware and withdraw as soon as possible.

HY Markets Scam - Noreen Muyco

I was a partner in this company during HY Markets, they have still unpaid commissions in total of 10,000usd. Affiliate manager name above. They decided to stop paying 1 day after my commissions are approved. Stay well away.

For those looking at HYCM as your trading provider, be warned as i know their practices will result in you losing money after being persuaded to deposit thousands.

HY MARKET A COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST AFTER Many EXPERIENCE With Others

The previous name was better, every thing become to worst with the new platform and every thing since changed to HYCM

HTCL offers and financial instruments are great (specially swaps). But you got to bring some technical improvements in your MT4 Mobile and PC platform. Like- quick connect time, response time, random connection lost with main server. Customer service is good. But you need to build in-house technical indicator which can be used in PC MT4 platform (DLL Import). A proprietary indicator is very essential.

Too long to get refunds (more than 3 weeks !)
Too little possibilities in stocks
But a very very nice contact with the person in charge of my account. Very patient and helpful (thank you Fayez !)

Excellent analysis but lacks personal support which in my case it want matters as their daily analysis was enough for me
