Inaccurate website; slow, patronizing, unhelpful customer service and no refund

Item returned to co. and Royal Mail tracking confirm it was received by co.
No refund made as of sixteen days after company received returned item despite co. policy claiming they make refunds seven days after item is received.
In the interim, co. have:
a) changed image and description of item on their website
b) claimed we had not ordered the item we were describing and the mistake was ours (not true, we have screenshots of the other item from their website)
c) claimed they have made a refund, even though this is untrue
d) adopted an unhelpful, patronizing tone in their emails
Matter now escalated to a full Paypal dispute.
