Ordered a vape on 10/31/2022, never delivered

Ordered a vape on 10/31/2022, and received a tracking number that didn't ever leave their warehouse. I sent several messages over a period of a few months and got completely ignored by their support except for two times: first was a generic response that didn't even my question, and the other was a refund notification after I explicitly requested to NOT be refunded to that card as I can no longer use it, so I lost my $25. This was on 12/11, by the way, months after my order. Overall, terrible customer service and possible scam. Very disappointed by this website and would highly recommend against purchasing anything from them.

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company, not the actual OFFICIAL Hyde website. Report to IRS. Ordered a Vape and they danced around in circles in their emails, wouldn’t directly respond to my issue and eventually stopped responding to my emails completely. Never got my product, a response back, or a refund. Pending fraud report with my bank
