Worst customer service

Worst customer service. I bought the Hybrid bottle and unfortunately I dropper the bottle and the lid has a crack that causes leak. I contacted them to ask where can I buy a replacement lid (cuz I searched the whole internet and didn't find a place to buy) on their support email two months ago, I contacted by Facebook and Instagram too. Never had a response even if I resent emails and messages on Social medias... I think I'll have to buy whole new bottle from a reputable brand
