HydraPak offer a warranty on their soft shell flasks they claim is ‘above and beyond'. Mine started to leak after a few months but because I could not provide 'proof of purpose' (it was a prize) and the leak could have been caused by me they refused to replace it. Sadly the warranty did not live up to expectation. Very disappointed.

Bought a couple of Hydrapak stows about a year ago.. one developed a tiny leak - spoke with support (France based) who organised the replacement to be shipped out to me - no proof of purchase and other such onerous tasks just a serial/batch number and photo of the failure - excellent customer service!! - a rarity nowadays!!!
