Beautiful water fountains!

Great website and beautiful products. My water fountain has been great outside over the summer and lovely inside now that we have horrible Scottish weather. Will buy again from Hydria, lovely accessories as well.

Works splendid and looks very nice

The faux pitchers fit snug and look lovely in the fountain. It looks very nice and the summit sound is soft but more noticeable than the stacked rocks. Thank you.

Hydria customer service is excellent

Hydria customer service is excellent. I already had the indoor fountain and tiered verdigris accessory but I managed to mislay the small tube which attaches the accessory to the pump so I emailed Hydrialife.com to ask if I could purchase another. John answered my message and sent me a whole new bronze tiered fountain (which uses the same connectors) as the verdigris was out of stock. I was most pleased as I was only expecting a small tube but Hydria kindly sent me a brand new accessory. I now can have a switch up from time to time as the connectors are suitable for both. Thank you, John! I’ve also recently purchased the Greek verdigris urn accessory in their Halloween sale and I already have the mindfulness pebbles. I especially love the mosaic mats. I have a green and a bronze. Next on my list to buy is the ice blue mosaic mat to go with my glass sea pebbles. My cat loves it as he likes to drink from it when it’s running. I set it for 1-3hours and it turns itself off. The sound of water is subtle but very soothing. Totally pleased with my Hydria indoor fountain. 😁

Great customer service

Despite having charging problems with my Hydria fountain just outside the warranty period, the customer service team (John/Joel) recovered the situation by providing good advice and spare parts at no additional cost which solved the problem.

I am delighted with both my purchase of…

I am delighted with both my purchase of Hydria fountain for my son, and one for myself.
Sitting eating breakfast with the leaf cascade fountain on.
It’s the most perfect thing. Totally moveable indoors and out.
No solar, no wires. Easy to set up.

I do not have the product yet

I do not have the product yet. To ask for a review prior to receiving the product seems a bit anxious. The package updates only say it is currently in New Jersey and "on its way" since Oct 24th.

Faulty charging unit

Had to contact customer service re a unit that wouldn't charge. Told me what to do. Still not charging. Whittled down to faulty top cover. Under guarantee so I was sent new top. Charging good now. Thank you Hydria

Battery issue but company did replace the unit

I have edited my review and increased the stars because there was a reply to my email inquiry for customer service that went to my spam folder. Initially I had thought there was no response. I then interacted with the company who provided a satisfactory resolution to the battery issue by replacing the unit. I still think it would be nice to be able to call the company and speak to a representative but I am encouraged by the replacement.

Always wanted an indoor water feature

Always wanted an indoor water feature, nice sound of trickling water and easy on the eye particulary dark evenings when lit up..got mine nearly half the price to when i first saw it..thinking of adding some pebbles and airplants to it.

Advice given and I was able to order a replacement for a broken part of my Hydria. But I thought it was very expensive and that postage was steep for a small lightweight part that fit in an envelope!
