Hydria Leaf Cascade

I just happened to see Hydria advertised on Facebook and liked the leaf cascade design. I could not be happier. It is easy to assemble and I got the mosaic top and you get a strip of extra mosaic tiles in case any get damaged. It not only looks fantastic but flows beautifully. I am so pleased with this product.

Fountain not working

At this moment in time I am not happy that my fountain doesn’t work there does not appear to be a phone number for this company so I emailed the support team yesterday I have not had a reply or response from them advising how long it would take for them to ring me so am one very unhappy customer at this time

Bought 2 now have 4 in total

Bought 2 cascading leaf fountains love them they came with pump charger mosaic tile head and bowl also with simple spider and fountain heads got a discount code which is why I ordered 2 so I now have a grand total of 4 totally portable indoor and outdoor would highly recommend

Hydria Feature Fountain

After the first unit failed to arrive, Customer Services (Kiz) despatched another immediately without issue.
The fountain itself is perhaps a bit less powerful than I anticipated but it's working fine atm. Happy.

"This fountain is stunning! It’s completely transformed my conservatory. The timer feature is brilliant—I set it for 2 hours in the evening, and it’s like a little luxury retreat. Highly recommend!"

Had an issue with ordering a spare…

Had an issue with ordering a spare pump ordered the pump a V2 and asked if remote and charger from V1 would work told no ,so ordered these as well. Pump did not turn up contacted Customer services and Kiz got another one sent out ,in the mean time the remote and charger arrived. The 2nd pump turned up today ,but charger and remote did not work with it checked the bottom of the pump and it was a V1 instead of V2 ordered
Contacted Customer services and Kiz sorted it all out for me,she is an absolute gem
I've gone from an being an unhappy Hydria Customer, to a very happy one and that's down to Kiz

The gentle trickle of water creates the most soothing, spa-like relaxation. It is become my go-to companion for meditation and reading.
Plus, it’s absolutely stunning. The leaf design is elegant and modern.

I bought a fountain kit last September…

I bought a fountain kit last September and it was used in my conservatory so it's not even been outside so when I went to use it outside a month ago it wouldn't work. I contacted Hydria and they promised to send a replacement unit under the 12 month warranty so I was quite happy about this. However it took weeks to arrive and I am deeply upset to say the replacement unit will not charge. I am very unhappy about this as I still do not have a working fountain, so upset about this. The fountain is not cheap and I feel cheated. I would not recommend this under the circumstances and am still awaiting a response from them about how they are going to resolve this....

I was quite exited to order my…

I was quite exited to order my fountain, but was very disappointed when I received it and the bowl was cracked. However, I emailed customer service and a new bowl arrived within 3 days and was very pleased to start using it. I struggled a bit with the remote control, but Kiz went over and beyond to help me. I’m very pleased with the fountain. The only improvement I would like, would be to have an option to time it i.e. 1-3hrs on & 1-3hrs off, and to continue this for 8-12 hrs a day. I would probably get a spare battery too, so I can still use it, while the other is charging. I will definitely buy more accessories soon.

First unit did work when paired. Second one would not pair

First unit did work when paired.
Replacement arrived and the remote would not pair with it. I confirmed I carried out the paring procedure. But was told to do its again. I did to no avail was then told to reset the unit and the remote control. I asked how to do this. Was told they did not have access to the instruction manual so I should look for it myself.!!!
Tried to remove the battery to find the retaining screw turns but does not screw out. Note. I use a set of micro screwdrivers which fitted well. I have asked for a replacement remote control.
Order placed for original unit on 22nd April.
As of today 16th April still do noy have a working water feature.

Excellent customer support

Within a year of buying a new fountain, we got it out of winter storage. We had lost the charger so ordered a replacement.
On receipt of the new charger it was the European plug not the UK one ordered. One email and a replacement of the correct UK plug version arrived.
We then had issues where it would not switch on. This has been quickly and easily resolved by the sending of replacement parts, first a top control unit then a new remote.
I have been very impressed by the customer support received, particularly the help from John who has been very patient and supportive.
I now have a fully working fountain and still love the effect.
