My order arrived, the charging on one of these cheap fans was broken and I was unable to contact them.

I sat another fan in a room with no direct sunlight with a temerature reading of 21 degrees C, after 2 hours running with the door closed the temerature had not dropped at all i.e. it was still 21 degrees C.

I was charged £9 for a warranty I did not ask for or want, plus £9 for free Shipping,

It says airconditioning on the box but it is purely a cheap chineese poorly made fan. I have posted these back, I paid with Amex, so I have lodged a complaint with them and requested a refund.

Why do I fall for this rubbish? I figured oh it’s on YouTube it’s bound to be ok! Wrong do not buy this item is not worth 1p! It’s poor quality and mine was received broken not just because of the poor packaging but the cheaply constructed unit. I have contacted them but with no reply! So avoid buying. It’s a scam.

A low quality product that doesn't work. I have noticed afterwards the claims made in their youtube adverts. Utter nonsense.
