I have had my hydro bottles for a few months, but I started using them consistently last month. I do feel that my energy is increased, I have less inflammation, and I am motivated to drink more water because it seems to taste more refreshing.
The company has a highly responsive, warm and professional customer service team to respond to any concerns or questions. This is extremely important to me, and they have earned my trust accordingly.

Hydrobottle is the best! Customer service is amazing. I broke my bottle and they went above and beyond helping me.

The order started off rocky but it was corrected i was sent a good working bottle. I do appreciate the effort to correct my experience.

My first bottle had issues but they were there to try and help me anyway possible and had no issues in sending me a 2nd one free of charge to make things right.still waiting for it and can't wait to try it.

I have absolutely loved my hydroh bottle and noticed a big improvement in inflammation in all areas of my body. My rings are loose and joints feel so much better. I regrettably dropped my bottle on a concrete road and will definitely replace it.

Got a defective bottle. Reached out to customer support for a refund they said they could do that and I pay for the shipping plus a restocking fee or keep the bottle and get 50% of what I paid put back on my card. Over a week and no response from the company they have no customer support and I feel like this company is a rip off. Do not order from this company if you get a defective bottle just be prepared to suck it up

Have had our bottle for a year and absolutely love it. Recently had to reach out to customer service with a few questions. They were so quick to reply and so helpful.

This is my second Hydro bottle the first one worked well, but I had it for two days and I dropped and broke it. I also had insurance on it and have been trying to figure out if the insurance would cover that. I also recently purchased another one and it does leak when I turn it on around the seal of the bottom I’ve been waiting to hear from them on how to replace that to get one that does not leak and I haven’t heard a word so I text them again twice and if I don’t hear anything, I’m gonna call the Better Business Bureau because these bottles cost me $70 each.

I ordered a hydro bottle for my mum and never received it even after it was supposedly delivered … I emailed hydro support team to see if they could help and I received the most amazing service I was told that the delivery had been made but they were upset that I didn’t get my product and sent out another one … I got my package yesterday and I just wanted to let everyone know this product is great and more importantly the people selling it are great …. Thankyou again

I got me and my mom a water bottle last year and mines broke last week. I emailed customer service and they are replacing it. I’m so excited and can’t wait to get my new one. This has been an added blessing. My overall health has greatly improved because of the regular use of drinking hydrogenated water. I’ve had my sister and friends purchase one as well. I will continue to spread the news. Thanks guys, you did your big one with this bottle. Now EVERYONE is trying to make one! lol

This company has top notch customer service. My first bottle was damaged in shipping. Hydroh responded super fast to my concern and immediately sent a new free of charge replacement. You can feel very comfortable dealing with them.

From the first communication I was dealt with quick and helpful answers to my problem, this was solved with speed and efficiency by Nick.
