Hydrow Pro is a serious rower that you would see at a commercial gym. Have enjoyed the videos to row along with several trainers over the last 3 weeks in starting slow and building up each day in pace... See more

Great value product and subscription. The instructors all have their own perspective that highlights different things to think about on how to keep pushing and improving your workouts as well as your strokes

Perfect combination of good workout and technique rowing videos. In the short time, I have had the Hydro I think it’s helped my on the water rowing, also quieter than expected…..

Hydrow has completely transformed my fitness routine! The rowing machine is sleek, sturdy, and provides a smooth, quiet ride. What sets Hydrow apart is the immersive experience—the live and on-demand workouts make me feel like I’m rowing on the water with a professional crew. The instructors are motivating, and the scenic views keep every session exciting. It’s not just a workout; it’s an adventure. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend Hydrow to anyone looking for an engaging and effective way to stay fit!

The machine itself is fantastic and the videos are effective motivators. Loving it.

I've owned the Hydrow Pro for 8 days now and have used it 7 out of 8 days. Delivery was on a Sunday and took only a couple days from payment. Set up was a breeze and only took 20 minutes. Everything needed for the install was included. I just followed the instructions.
First workout was literally minutes after install. My hip flexors aren't very happy right now, however. It's not an all out rebellion but it's close. This doesn't speak to the machine in anyway other than working part of the 86% of my muscles rarely used. In short, I'm getting a great workout.
Overall, I'm very happy with my investment to a better me. Hydrow has done their part. The rest is up to me and I intend on delivering.
I highly recommend the Hydrow Pro!

My rower was delivered promptly. The directions for assembly were easy to follow & the rower went together smoothly. The instructors are excellent & the suggested videos are perfect for my current experience & fitness level. I have access to all videos (through the monthly subscription) if I choose.

I absolutely love rowing on my Hydrow machine, and I find great motivation in following the instructors as they row and lead their workouts, whether it's after stretches, yoga, or other routines. It truly inspires me to push my limits and stay committed to my fitness journey.

I’m thrilled with my new Hydro Pro Rower! It’s a total beauty, and it’s made me feel like a million bucks.

1 Hydrow is delivered with about 20 cubic feet of box/packaging/styrofoam/plastic. Try getting your collection service to take that away!
2. $44 per month subscription delivers very poor "instructors". Apple Fitness for $10 is far better. But Hydrow's machine won't connect to ANY other content.
3. Hydrow's motivational "Leaderboard" is totally fake -- not showing real time competitors but an algo of supposedly comparable historical data.
4. As noted, Hydrow requires an internet connection but doesn't allow any other content to be displayed on the Hydrow machine -- no Netflix, no AppleTV, etc. For the same price, Peloton does.
5. Hydrow's customer service people are quite responsive but well-trained to give purely anodyne replies to virtually any question or complaint. Happy to sympathize with you and hold your hand but do little/nothing about your issue.
I was impressed by the hardware -- excellent quality and works very well. But the unprofessional instructors and inability to access other streaming content makes the $44 per month subscription an on-going irritation.

Hydrow's reply to my review pretty much verifies what I wrote -- they'll give you all the sympathy you want but no tangible assistance. Gee, thanks.

I purchased a Hydrow and created a subscription at $45 a month. I had some expenses come up and decided to cancel it for a while so I could recover. I canceled it through Apple Subscription. The subscription never canceled and I was charged for 12 months! I called support and after pushing for help, they offered me 3 months reimbursement and were rude about it saying this was all they would do. Even 6 months would be respectful and 12 months would make me want to return however 3 months is a clear message they do not appreciate the customer business. Completely unfortunate but I will never subscribe to them again, they have lost me as a customer and I'm sure to tell others.

The product is great. The delivery was absolutely awful!!! They sent it in a small van with one guy to unload it and bring it up to the house. I have pictures and I wish I could post them here. I even had to assist the delivery and carry it up to the house. Hydrow’s delivery company should be fired!

Don't buy it you will regret it. IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARTS I WOULD DO IT. After three years of barely used. The poor quality monitor of the "hydro" broke and I have to pay $500 for another screen and I wil have one year warranty which is completely worthless because after what just happened how can I trust this company. I am sure this new screen will last probably another three or two years after warranty expired plus I have to pay for membership and maybe every three years from now I will need to buy another new screen replacement INSANE. Let's do the math the cost of this equipment is outrageous. This company is SO shameful .
UPDATE **YOUR SUPPORT TEAM SENT ME TO BUY ANOTHER SCREEN WITH ONE YEAR WARRANTY ** IF YOU SCREEN IS SO REALIABE WHY BROKE ON ME AFTER THREE YEARS OF BARELY USE. NOT BUYING IT NOW I HAVE A WORTHLESS MACHINE SITTING ON MY HOUSE AND OF COURSE NEED TO CNX THE WORTHLESS MEMBERSHIP "

Smooth purchase and delivery. The Hydrow is probably the best rowing machine I’ve ever used.
My favorite part about buying a Hydrow was after I was done paying $2,000 I now get to pay only $500 a year for the membership which if you don’t think about it it’s a great deal!
