Great product and really good service. Had a long delay with unavailability of a heater which needed chasing otherwise would have been 5 star!

Ok an honest review., the delivery was as expected maybe a week behind what I had planned but wasn't in a major rush.
Would I get them to install it....yes as it would just be a lot quicker than trying to get someone else so from experience I would pay the extra although got there in the end.
What I would point out is the quality of the product is excellent, so if you factor in maybe a little longer for delivery, you won't be disappointed.
I really think the quality of materials that really sets hygge apart, having seen different ones at garden centres you can see what you pay for with hygge and they are cheaper than buying from a local garden centre.
All in all very happy with the product and I had a part with an slight issue and it was replaced within a couple of days so excellent customer service.

Genuinely, amazing.

I bought a Hygge after buying something really disappointing from another brand (who shall remain nameless).

I spent a little more for the Hygge pergola, but the difference is night and day.

Not only is the construction really sturdy and beautifully finished, the ease of putting it together vs the other we’d purchased is night and day.

Communication was great, and ours was delivered well within the timeframes given.

Me and my wife love the pergola, and the lights in particular get lots of comments.

Highly recommend these guys and their products!!

The pergola arrived quicker than was predicted. The pergola looks great and is very good quality and was great value for money. All our friends and family have been very impressed by it and have asked for the company name. We spend more time in the pergola than in the house now!

My own experience is that Hygge produce a superb product which we are very pleased with. However, the customer service is not great - difficult to contact and a lack of response to questions. It appears Hygge use another company to deliver and fit the pergolas who were also difficult to contact.

The installation team were first class.
However we had a levelling issue that we needed help with, but unfortunately the response from Hygge was disappointing.
I did eventually obtain some assistance from a helpful lady.
But I was left with feeling that once Hygge had your money you were on your own.

Really pleased with our pergola. The quality is excellent and there were lots of configuration options, which meant we could get exactly what we wanted for our space.

Delivery was really good and everything arrived as expected. The pergola itself looks great and feels really solid and well made.

Very happy with both the product and the service and would definitely recommend Hygge

Only regret is not getting an even bigger one. We love ours and we just it so the toddlers have an all weather play area.

Firstly, I feel lucky I only paid a deposit. Which they sat of for 14 Days and did nothing until I contacted them, they would not proceed with the order in anyway unless I paid in full, so can’t see the point of the deposit, they did not have everything I required in any case so and cancelled the order. 1 month later no refund, just lip service, so am about to serve a court order for payment, seems the only way. If you need to get a refund you will need a standard court order to AOS TRADING LIMITED 13892010. From them you will only get standard “we have a new accounts system, we have issued an automatic refund” lip service where nothing happens, for anyone else looking for a refund, best of luck

Do not buy from this company! Placed an order in June and have still not received the order and it is near mid-August. Was told that our order was with the courier for delivery and then was told that our order is out of stock, so clear lines of miscommunication and dishonesty. I would stay well clear of this company.

The pergola itself is stunning and I’m really pleased with the product, however, DO NOT book the installation via Hygge. They use a delivery/ installation company called SGK and I have never dealt with such an awful company. The installation date was pre-arranged with Hygge weeks in advance to coordinate with our landscaping project and seats to be built round the pergola, only for SGK to mess up the installation dates and not turn up when they were supposed to at the accepted time. When they eventually turned up the installation was a disaster! 4 bolt holes are in each foot - they used 2. Squint bolts, bolts could be loosened by hand, they used the wrong drill bit on our brand new porcelain slabs! We followed the instructions and ensured concrete pads were added under the patio which cost a fortune, for them to use 80mm bolts that barely touch the pads, if at all. Complete shambles. Hygge were given the opportunity to rectify and failed to contact us until a full week after. Our landscapers have had to remove and reinstall it to ensure it is safe and secure. Hygge admitted that the install was unacceptable but they couldn’t get someone out until the following week. They already held up our project by a week! This is completely unacceptable and SGK are seriously letting Hygge down. Hygge need to look at their customer service process as I will now be taking matters further to recover my installation fee!

Middle of June we ordered 4x3 pergola , paid in full 7/10 days delivery , but the small print says it can take up to 6weeks .
It’s now August 7th and we still don’t have the pergola .
After numerous calls and being fobbed off and basically lied to , even been told it’s in stock and we were given a dispatch courier number for it , to be then told it isn’t in stock and is gonna be maybe the middle of September. I find this absolutely shocking from a online retailer who supposed to have all these great reviews on here(think they are made up to be honest ) .
We have now been offered 10% discount. Money back or they can send us a 3x3 which we don’t want . Absolutely shocking , no communication at all unless we chased them, lied to numerous times , it’s with them, it’s at the courier and here is a courier number. We even rang the courier and they said speak to the pergola company .
DO NOT USE this company as they will take ya money and lied out of their backsides about when you will get the product . Not sure looking at the reviews when we get a refund if we decide on this which is very likely .

Delivered on time ,very well packaged .
Ordered a 6 x 3 took a bit of putting together but delighted with the finished product.
Transformed our patio area where we can sit and enjoy in all weather.
Looks stylish and modern can highly recommend

The pergola I have is superb. Stay positive if you have placed an order. Hygge need to get better at communication and possibly get a better delivery company, however o cannot fault the product. I did feel slightly uneasy about paying the full balance to speed up the delivery process but I know my rights as a consumer. Trust these guys as the finished article is spot on,

Great pergola. Installed by myself with relative ease (definitely a two man job though). The system is really well made and has been a great upgrade from our old canvass one.

-One minor issue, build instructions could be clearer as they don’t always reflect actual parts that have been undated. And the drawings are not much help. That’s said it was pretty straightforward once you lay it all out in front of you.

Placed an order in June then cancelled as they couldn’t meet their own lead times of 7-14 working days. Still waiting for a refund. They have breached their own refund policy and consumer rights act and now breaching consumer contract regulations which is a criminal offence. No calls from any senior leadership and the team on the ground work from home and have not even meet. Stick well clear of these criminals.

Fantastic Pergola and also brilliant customer service for when we had an installation query (we installed ourselves, which was very straight forward). Good shipping time. Overall absolutely delighted & would highly recommend quality products from Hygge.
