This was my first time ordering from…

This was my first time ordering from Hygger, had got myself a hygger 5-in-1 electric aquarium gravel cleaner, which had arrived badly taped and parts of the device is broken. Unable to use, I emailed their customer service and asked for a spare part since it had arrived, it's been almost two months since the email, with no tracking number and only an apology email with a 15% discount code. Would not recommend unless you like to be scammed by this company.

My heating sounded an alarm

My heating sounded an alarm, I didn't know how to deal with it. The customer service asked me about the detailesand replaced me with a new one. These were completed within 2 days. Thank you very much

This company is a junk dealer

This company is a junk dealer. Do not purchase expecting help with issues. I own a lfs in KY and have trashed all my Hygger products as a loss do to NO customer service help with faulty equipment and i will not let my customers go through this bs with no help...do not further this chinese owned trash dealer. Took a 10,000.00 dollar loss do to this shit

Have purchased three of the Hygger Auto…

Have purchased three of the Hygger Auto On Off 30-36 Inch LED Aquarium Light Extendable Dimable 7 Colors Full Spectrum Light Fixture for Freshwater Planted Tank with Build in Timer Sunrise Sunset. Have had replace two of the power converters over three years. Other wise they work effectively. Will order the Hygger Auto On Off 48-55 Inch LED Aquarium Light for another tank.

Hugger sent out a product with all the…proper address yet again

Hugger sent out a product with all the appropriate information. Fed Ex did not deliver that product to my address. When I called Fed Ex they were rude and offered no resolution. Were adamant that the shipper errored. I sent Hugger a detailed email regarding their lack of concern or even an investigation. Hugger contacted myself. Via email and assured they would send me another pump. They did through Fed Ex again no the less. It was delivered to me this past Saturday. Hats off to the Hugger Company for making good and satisfying a disappointing circumstance. Their customer service goes above and beyond

Purchased hygger heater through Amazon…

Purchased hygger heater through Amazon in 2023 the heater is good but the suction cups to attach heater to glass stopped keeping heater where it was fixed. Reached out to customer services, received reply saying could be supplied at a cost of 8 dollars. In England we don't use dollars it's pound sterling. Replied to this and answer came back i can pay by pay pal and had to send a screenshot of transaction. Surely a company of reputation does not need this. Advised hygger team i did not have or require a pay pal account.Then reply came back pay by bank transfer still requesting screenshot. Surely this is not a satisfactory way to deal with customers

Bad products

I have store, I only sell Hygger products, heaters won’t last 6 months and stop working, customers comeback and gets replacement. Since warranty is 1 yr, I need to replace ghe defective heaters, I have tried since last yr communicating with my hygger rep Tracy, she was avoiding me and finally just 3 weeks ago re responded.. I provided pictures and she would replace the defective items but I have to pay for shipping from China. Don’t buy the heaters you’re wasting you money!! Now thats whats happening to me!! Lost profit and lost the trust of my customer.

Terrible purchasing experience

Purchased a pump directly from Hygger and the experience was and still is a nightmare. They sent a FedEx tracking number but it was heading 2000 miles in the opposite direction. They mixed my address up with a gentleman in Ohio. Terrible customer service, tag email with a 2 to 3 day turn just to answer questions about what to do and when to expect my original purchase. I just want a refund at this point but I'm still waiting on a reply. Can't review the product but I'm never going to purchase direct from Hygger.

Poor ordering experience

I purchased an aquarium light on sale directly from the Hygger website. After a week, customer service contacted me and said the light was out of stock. They denied any type of discount for purchasing a more expensive light.
Overall, disappointed in the poor ordering experience and customer service.

Best deals in the hobby!

Terrific products. Unbeatable value. I bought a freshwater planted light, air pump, heater and canister filter. When I did have an issue with the canister filter I purchased, they addressed it immediately and sent another.

I have already made several subsequent orders. Excellent overall experience.

Hygger No Go

I purchased a light off of amazon for a coral tank. I purchased it in May and didn't use it until September. By November, the light would turn off and on. I finally contacted Hygger beginning February to see if anything can be fixed. I never got a straight answer. I sent them photos and videos of the problem. Still nothing. They also have not returned my money for the light. I will never buy any of their products again.

Hygger HG999-36w

Ordered 3 x HG999-36w one Dec. 19, 2024, received all 3 on Dec 24th, unfortunately one wall power source was defective and the light would not power up, contacted customer service shortly after on the same day, found a response email when i awoke the next morning from Kitty.
She simply asked for a video showing the concern and was able to send me info letting me know that the new component would be shipped out asap.
Several days later i received the new wall power unit and all has worked flawlessly since.
Since then i have ordered and received and setup 3 additional, 2 x 26w and a 42w bringing my total to 8 HG999 models on my tanks growing plants and working flawlessly. Top notch product.

Hygger 800w heaters

Quality products,their heaters are second to none.
I used to have the glass tube style heaters and an inkbird.
I replaced them all for the hygger 800w heaters. best thing I could have done,clear display,easy to understand and operate.
More expensive than a basic heater but worth the extra money.

I recently bought a hygger aquarium heater and had to contact customer services. A representative called Luna dealt with my query and she was excellent, always replied quickly and sorted everything out for me. Very impressive service.

Great lights! I have had the suction lights on 2…

I have had the suction lights on 2 matching 36 gallon bow front tanks. The lights have been set on 24 hour cycle for 6 months. The beautiful red morning sets the mood for the day. The fish really respond to the changes in light as the day progresses. It does get dark so I still flip on the regular hood lights,for viewing. The fish don't like the light. Programming was easy and I never mess with lights. On a couple of occasions the suction cups let go and the lights partially submerged. No big deal. Highly recommend.
