Great Customer Service
This was my first experience with Hygger's customer service, and couldn't be more impressed.
I purchased the HG955 Power Vacuum, liking it's versatility. But it only ran for about 2 seconds.
I contacted customer service, and they had me try a couple of things, just to make sure.
Then I was surprised. The rep helping me asked me if I wanted a replacement, credit, or ???.
I received the replacement and it's working flawlessly! And they didn't ask for me to return the original. Thanks, Ginger! Great Customer Service!
Problem pump but great support.
So I purchased a pump and after about two months it packed up.
Contacted support who were very helpful in trying to fix the problem but to no avail.
The pump is well made and I was surprised it broke may be I was unlucky with a faulty one.
So support replaced it free of charge and delivered earlier than they anticipated.
The product may have got 4 stars but certainly 5 for their support.
Pleasant customer service
We had a warranty issue pop up and they sent us a new motor assembly which solved the problem. They didn't give us a hassle or anything and even followed back up once the part was delivered.

I purchased the Hygger 360GPH Electric Aquarium Gravel Cleaner to help maintain my aquatic turtle’s tank, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the customer support I received.
When the gravel cleaner arrived, one of the outlet parts was unfortunately damaged during transit. I reached out to Hygger’s customer support, and the experience that followed was truly exceptional. Emma from their team responded promptly, kindly, and professionally. She made sure the process was smooth from beginning to end and kept me updated the entire time. Hygger immediately sent a replacement part completely free of charge, and it arrived quickly and safely.
The level of care and attention they provided genuinely impressed me. It’s not often you find a company that stands so firmly behind their products and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I truly felt valued and supported throughout the entire process.

I have a few products from this company, the only issue I had was with their wave maker, it quit working within 4 months of purchase. That being said, the customer service I received was superior! I had a new wave maker within the week and they gave constant updates every step of the way! One of the best customer service experiences I have received!

I just ordered the hygger slim LED light. I am so excited about my purchase. It makes my aquarium world pop with vibrant colors of my fish and tanks setup. I love the programmable features that simulates natural light from dawn to sunset. Energy efficient also a plus, with a two year warranty.

I have bought a lot of tank heaters over the last 40 years, but I have to say the hygger heater is one of the best I have purchased. I had a problem and I contacted their customer service department, they replied to my email straight away and sent a replacement heater with in 2 days. They kept me informed of delivery. Its not often I can say this about company's customer service department but hygger customer service department is the best by far it was a pleasure dealing with them!

I purchased a water change pump for my large turtle tank and unfortunately I just stopped working after about 5 months. I contacted customer support and to my immense pleasure, a new unit was sent out. I am impressed with the quality and speed of their response, and also how painless the whole process was.
