This is my second purchase from this company and they just give the feel good factor. Delivery is prompt, always beautifully wrapped with a little gift and recipe card. Communication is excellent, they really care about their customers.

One star deducted as a query I had with the product wasn’t answered, however I still went ahead & ordered. Ordering was straightforward & delivery by Royal Mail was satisfactory. I like the items on the website, I ordered a tablecloth & there were no measurements on the info (hence my email query) so this information would have been useful.

This is a wonderful small company- a lucky discovery! My order arrived safely and quickly, beautifully wrapped and a small extra gift was included which was a lovely touch. Excellent service and communication. I would definitely recommend.

I love this store and cannot rate the customer service more. I had trouble putting through a (very last minute) Christmas order and called up. Bex was a delight to speak to, did so much to help and got my order sorted. My order arrived the next day, she had personalised the book and thrown in a beautiful Christmas extra. Will definitely shop here again and recommend.

Really lovely company with hyggelig Scandi vibes. On my delivery note was hand written "tusind tak og god jul" which means "a thousand thanks and merry Christmas" in Danish. They may have guessed from my name I was Danish, I don't know, but it was a lovely personal touch and the little gift bag with a cute hyggestyle keyring was also lovely. Beautifully made products and warm, friendly customer service.
