Product is awful
Product is awful. Decorated glasses and decoration is stuck on and in some cases peeling off. If I had time I would return them without hesitation - not impressed I am afraid which is disappointing as I had "high hopes"
Credit Where it is due ! Have since been given a full refund so "Full Marks" for a rapid response and generous gesture which is much appreciated.

Excellent customer service
I placed an order online and after it was confirmed, I realised my phone's autofill had entered an incorrect address. I phoned Hygestyle and they answered instantly and were able to update the address - a refreshing change from other companies which are impossible to contact. A lovely collection of items backed by excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
