I don't like to write opinions on websites, being myself a trader, I know that making mistakes is human and that it can happen that we are slow or that we make a mistake on an order... In my concern, I ordered 3 parts for my motorcycle on this site, including a set. I only received 2 pieces, one of which was the wrong color and the other was just one of the pieces in the set. Concerning the third one that I really needed, I still haven't received it to this day. They responded to my first email asking me to resend information that I had already included in my first email, what I did. Since then, no more answers...
I don't like problems and hate having them created for me. apparently neither Google or the authorities seem concerned about this type of practice.
So I put it here and warn. I hope that no one will have to deal with them anymore. I'm tired of being honest and kind.
Noticed there wasn't any reviews so figured it was worth leaving one. Ordered a couple of spare blank keys for my Hyosung motorbike, order was shipped fast, using EMS with tracking number provided, took about a week to get to New Zealand. Very happy camper.
