Fast and for real 🤍

It's amazing that they do autentification to make sure your product it's for real and in perfect shape. The shipping was pretty fast and it came in one piece. Love it, already placed another order and they moved even faster with this one. I recommend with all my heart!🤍

Got damaged shoes

I purchased New Balance 204L shoes described as new, but they arrived with a torn stitch on the side, making them unwearable. When I contacted support, I was told that because they came from a reseller, there is no purchase warranty and the return was not accepted. Instead, I was advised to resell the defective pair on the platform, which I find unreasonable.

The shoes were said to have passed authentication, but the defect is clearly visible in photos I have, so I do not understand how it was missed. This raises concerns for me about the quality of the authentication process.

At this stage, the product I received does not match the description of a “new” item, and under EU consumer rights, I should be entitled to a return or refund. I am still waiting for a resolution.

Additionally, if your purchase was made from a business seller, you are entitled to return the item within 14 days and receive a full refund. If the item was bought from a private reseller, you have the option to sell the item through the Hypeboost marketplace, where it will 100% pass authentication again if kept in the same condition as received.

My ideal sneaker-buying experience

I'm very happy with this purchase! The sneakers are exactly as described and look even better in person than in the photos. The quality is excellent, the delivery was fast, and I highly recommend this store.

My worst experience by far!

My worst experience by far!

The item “shoes” that I bought from Hypeboost was Allright I guess but my issue is with the choice of delivery service. It was FedEx to be specific. First of all it almost took dubble the amount of days promised just to get my shoes. The absolute nightmare was the delivery itself since I hade to drive 60 km to bring my package even though I paid for home delivery. Nothing is worth the amount of stress that I went through because I hade receive the goods with in five days otherwise the goods would return automatically. Since Hypeboost doesn’t accept refunds it made it even worse.

Apparently I hade to be at home while the driver brings my package even though I called FedEx and told them that they should leave it outside the door since I am at school every businessday, but still the delivery wasn’t made. So I made a new delivery schedule and hade to sacrifice one day to stay at home but still I didn’t receive my package and while I received the SMS that delivery was unsuccessful because no one was home I went outside and saw absolutely no one/no FedEx car. So after 3 stressful day I drove to another city to bring my package! :(

Hypeboost can choose better delivery providers in order to improve!
