Good communication from the company, after they received fake item from seller. I was notified and redirected to new seller at no extra charge. New item has been authenticated and is true to order. I would be happy to shop with them in future. Shipping time is very reasonable, and is signed for.

I have ordered about 6 pairs from Hypeboost now, and I am beyond satisfied. Not only are the prices VERY agreeable (so much so that I was originally skeptical about the authenticity of the items), but after the regular updates on the status of my 1st delivery, the shoes being sent back because they failed the authenticity test, and quickly being replaced AND delivered with a pair that this time DID pass the legit check, I was blown away by how great they looked in person, came with the original box and all, and yes...passed my authenticity test too 😂, I was turned to a loyal customer! I CANNOT recommend this company enough for all us sneakerheads out there, we FINALLY have a great retailer here in the EU too now 😎✌️!

WARNING: They will hold your property hostage and ignore EU Authorities (ECC Case: ECCHU-21759)
If you value your property and your consumer rights, avoid Hypeboost at all costs.
I tried to sell a pair of Nike SB Dunk Low Pro ISO Black Gum (SKU: CD2563-006). They rejected the shoes during authentication, claiming a "color difference" factory flaw. I accepted this and paid the mandatory €20 return shipping fee in early October 2025.
Dissatisfied with their slow and poor process, I left a negative review on Trustpilot. In direct retaliation, Hypeboost suspended my account, accused me of "public slander," and literally took my shoes hostage. They generated a FedEx return label on October 10, 2025 (Tracking ID: 885068845417), but never actually handed the package to the courier. It has been stuck on "Label Created" for months.
When I asked for my shoes, customer service refused to help, stating they "cannot see" the package status because my account is suspended.
I escalated this to the European Consumer Centre (ECC Hungary & ECC Netherlands - Official Case Number: ECCHU-21759). The official EU authorities contacted Hypeboost multiple times to resolve this illegal withholding of private property. Hypeboost's response? They completely ignored the European authorities and refused to answer any legal inquiries. The ECC had to close the case in 2026 due to Hypeboost’s absolute lack of cooperation.
They operate above the law, ignore consumer protection agencies, and will confiscate your items if you dare to criticize them. Buyers and sellers: stay far away.
UPDATE: Hypeboost just replied below, asking me to "contact customer support." This is a public lie to look good on Trustpilot. I ALREADY contacted your support multiple times, and they explicitly told me they refuse to help because my account is suspended. Stop playing PR games, stop ignoring EU authorities, and send my property back.
